"Breakfast was a buffet, which we have had in many hotels. However, the staff here didn't think it was necessary to remove dirty dishes from our table during our meal. It seemed to be our job to stack up the dishes to make room for the next course in our breakfast. I've never seen that before in a 4 star hotel. Staff did a haphazard job of cleaning the room, too. They ignored glasses and cups that we had used and didn't fill dispensers in the shower."

"Hotel is beautiful but pricey I had reserved two separate beds and was given a king room I was traveling with my daughter, so it wasn’t a problem however, if I had been in another situation, I would’ve had to change rooms. Hotel is very nice but I feel like there’s other nice places in the area that are comparable. Room was smaller than expected"
