When we arrived there was alone of like 15 people ahead of us another 6 behind us. We waited in line for about 35 minutes. Got in to the room. Decided to got to the small bar/restaurant and there was one waiter and the place was packed. We had to wait from like 20-30min to get a drink. The hotel is completely understaffed. Not the staffs fault. I could tell they were all frustrated but they were never ever rude. We go back to our room and try to go to sleep. Refrigerator is making loud weird noises, we get up and it’s leaking water everywhere. Comes morning, and I have to use the bathroom. Boom the bathroom toilet wasn’t working, no big deal, I’ll use the bathroom in the lobby which i did, order some coffee at Starbucks, head back to my room. Watch tv for a bit! Then, decide it’s time to get ready, fiancé hops is the shower and boom shower is backed up. I call the front desk. No answer. I want the front desk. Tell them what’s going on. They said we’ll have someone come check it out. I said no I’m requesting a new room, no way I’m showering in a back up shower. We get a new room. Pack everything to go to the other room, get there. Smells little iffy! We look around then behind the curtains. Black mold. This place is located in a great place and has so much potential if it was cleaned and maintained. The carpet is so gross stains everywhere.

The bed had some loose squeaky springs. Mattress needed to be replaced but the hotel is under construction remodel. Hopefully new mattresses. Long line at checkin and hotel appears to be understaffed. Non smoking hotel but everyone was smoking marijuana on our floor. The smell was awful.

Insanely comfortable

This place was insanely comfortable. I would stay again in a heartbeat. The only downside was the timing of the restaurant. There were like 6 people there and I waited for an hour for food. I Will absolutely stay again but I’ll get food somewhere else! :)
