Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located cottage style home. Close to ISU for students or interns. Great local restaurants within walking distance. Just 10 minutes away from Wellness Center pond and concert venue. Second bedroom has a full/twin bunk and could fit 2 kids on the bottom making capacity 5. Room in the master bedroom for a crib or blow up mattress by the queen side bed available upon request. Outside dining to enjoy outside! Well behaved dogs welcome!

Remove personal items
Lock the doors and return the keys
It helps our housekeeper a ton if you would put all your garbage in the garbage cans. She will gather trash cans and take it out but if you will at least put trash in the trash cans that would be good
Any food left in the fridge will be thrown away. Personal items left behind will be held for 2 weeks. Will mail at your cost upon request.
Pick up any dog poop from the yard.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Although we love doggos, we ask that you don't let them on the beds. It makes keeping nice clean linen for all our guests very difficult.

The property was about what I would expect for a low budget stay. It's not in a residential area. There's a lot of loud traffic noise late into the night. Definitely not a retreat. Reasonable sleeping/kitchen arrangement indoors, but some areas could really use a good cleaning, especially the carpeting. Appreciated the fenced-in graveled pet area after a long day on the road. Host was responsive and prompt in communications.
