Come and discover this charming family home nestled in the village of Lilia in Plouguerneau, in the immediate vicinity of the sea and Kervenni beach. You will appreciate its private access to the beach from its fully enclosed and landscaped garden for enjoying barbecues as well as its table football for moments of conviviality.



Ideal for a family stay or with friends, this house can accommodate up to 8 travellers.



Upon arrival, you will discover the lounge equipped with a comfortable sofa and television, ideal for relaxing moments in front of a film. The fully equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher) provides you with everything you need to prepare delicious meals. For breakfast, a filter coffee machine, a toaster and a kettle are also at your disposal. The dining room invites you to gather around its large table, or you can also enjoy the table in the garden.



On the night side, you will find one bedroom on the ground floor and 3 other bedrooms upstairs:

Un séjour inoubliable dans une maison exceptionnelle !

Nous avons passé des vacances de rêve à Plouguerneau, avec cette magnifique maison les pieds dans l’eau. La vue imprenable sur la mer (à marée haute) depuis le salon et la terrasse est tout simplement magique, surtout au coucher du soleil ! La maison est spacieuse, lumineuse et parfaitement équipée, idéale pour des vacances en groupe. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'accès direct à la plage, permettant de profiter pleinement de chaque instant au bord de l'eau. Nous étions en automne et avons pu profiter du charme de la maison même pendant les journées plus fraîches grâce à son confort et son ambiance chaleureuse. Je suis sûr qu’elle doit être tout aussi agréable en été ! Les chambres sont confortables et décorées avec goût, et les espaces communs invitent à la convivialité, que ce soit autour d’un apéritif ou d’un repas dans la grande salle à manger. Merci pour votre accueil chaleureux et vos petites attentions qui ont rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable.
