We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Plougonvelin, this charming flat near the beach, of a surface of 35 m ² and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers. Located on the 1st floor (with lift), it consists of a nice living room of 20 m², open fitted kitchen, a nice bedroom, a bathroom (with bath). Wifi in supplement, to be paid directly at the reception of the residence, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 20 m² living room with TV and sofa bed (one 190x180 bed or two separate 80x190 beds).
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, ceramic hob, filter coffee machine...
- A bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190).
- A bathroom with bathtub, WC.

Common area :
- A heated and shared indoor swimming pool. The pool and common areas are closed from 12 November to 15 December.

Exterior :
- A balcony of 8m² with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.

The flat is ideally located in Plougonvelin, in a very pleasant environment, in a residence. Most of the beaches are within walking distance. You will be able to benefit from all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants (with the possibility of take-away sales), bars, a friendly market every Sunday morning...
- It is possible to do a maximum of activities on foot. For visits outside Plougonvelin a car is necessary.

Activities :
- Cinema "Les Allumés de la grande Toile" at 4 minutes on foot.
- Plougonvelin is in a tourist area near the GR34, the beautiful lighthouse of Saint Mathieu and the town of Le Conquet from where it is possible to take a boat to the island of Ouessant.
- Need to get away from it all? Want a change of scenery? Come and discover with your family or friends the pleasures of the iodine courses on the Fort de Bertheaume island, 21 minutes away on foot.
- The residence is opposite the nautical base (sailing lessons possible) and opposite the nautical centre (sea water).
- Brest naval base 17.1km away (about 22 minutes by car)

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the private car park closed by a secure gate of the flat.

- Nearest train station: Brest train station located 22km away (about 33 minutes by car)
- Nearest airport: Brest airport 29km away (about 34 minutes by car)

Other remarks :
- Bed linen and towels included.
- Access to the swimming pool, sauna, games room and gym is free.
- Wifi is available in the accommodation.
- A laundry is also available to residents (4€ for washing and 2€ for drying).
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
