A pedestrian path allows you to easily reach the beach on foot or by bike, whilst the GR34 coastal trail and cycle route 45 pass nearby for hiking enthusiasts. Fully equipped, the house can comfortably accommodate up to 5 travellers and features a pleasant enclosed outdoor space with a terrace equipped with a barbecue, ideal for enjoying beautiful summer evenings.



Pass through the front door and discover a pleasant living space with access to the terrace via a bay window. The modern open-plan kitchen is fully equipped (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hobs) for cooking just like at home. For your breakfasts, a kettle, a toaster and a **filter coffee maker** are at your disposal. Share your meals around the dining table for 5 people or enjoy the one on the terrace on fine days. In the evening, gather in the lounge, comfortably settled on the sofa facing the **television.**



On the upper floor, the accommodation comprises 2 bedrooms. The first has a Queen Size bed (160x200 cm), a sofa and a storage wardrobe. The second is equipped with a bunk bed and a single bed (90x190 cm), perfect for children.



A bathroom with shower, toilet and hairdryer is also located on the upper floor. A second independent toilet is accessible on the ground floor.



A washing machine and 2 parking spaces are also at your disposal.
