un emplacement ideal au coeur de la Cote de Granit Rose

La maisonette est située dans un golf 18 trous à moins de 10 minutes en voiture de la mer et de multiples sites d'intéret. Notre objectif était la découverte de la Côte de Granit Rose alors ce lieu de résidence était parfait puisque situé au coeur de la zone. La maisonnette, avec jardin partagé, est fonctionnel pour une famille avec 2 grands adolescents. Le jardin est isolé et donne exclusivement sur de la verdure (aucun vis à vis et grande tranquillité) Le coin cuisine est fonctionnel et bien garni et le lave linge est un plus très appréciable. La partie salon comporte 2 lits simples qui servent de banquettes, ils sont agrémentés de coussins ce qui rend l'assise confortable, 3 fauteuils en rotin complètent l'ensemble. Dans cette pièce se trouvent enfin un bar, une salle à manger, une table basse et des caissons pour poser nos effets personnels (autres que les vêtements que nous pouvons ranger dans les multiples penderies). La propriétaire est charmante, aidante et disponible. Elle nous a demandé nos centres d'intérêts et nous a indiqué des lieux de visites ainsi que des évènements. Nous l'avons rencontrée lors de notre entrée dans les lieux, elle nous attendait à l'intérieur de la maison. Ensuite, nous communiquions avec facilité et rapidité par SMS. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette semaine de visite en Juillet 2024. Et, nous recommandons ce logement.
