Your vacation rental includes on the ground floor: fitted kitchen open to the living room, living room with pellet stove for heating, bathroom (accessible to people with reduced mobility) with shower and toilet. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, one of which is on the mezzanine, with 2 140x190 beds, separate wc. Private and local car park for bicycles or windsurf boards, etc. Terrace overlooking a beautiful enclosed lawn of 300 m². Semi-detached rental at the rear of the owners' future house, without vis-à-vis, where your privacy will be respected. Separate entrance and private parking. 350 m from Pors Rand beach, a small family beach with very fine sand, located at the bottom of the bay 500 m from the Sillon de Talbert (rather exceptional geological curiosity), it enjoys a lovely view of the Héaux lighthouse by Brehat. For a day, discover the Ile de Bréhat, exclusively reserved for cyclists and walkers, embark at the tip of Arcouest 21 km from the gîte, for a 10-minute crossing. (reservation recommended in summer). Holiday rental located 350 m from the beach of Pors Rand, where your pet will be welcome in an enclosed space.

Bon accueil, gîte spacieux parfaitement équipé avec un terrain clos (idéal pour les animaux de compagnie). Seul bémol, le réseau mobile (free et Bouygues) difficilement accessibles et la connexion wifi qui offre un débit limité.

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub in einer herrlichen Umgebung. Mme und Mr. Arzul waren ausserordentlich nette Gastgeber. Das Ferienhaus war sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet,was man braucht. SUPER!!!

Belle maison avec bon emplacement pour visiter la région.
Accueil super de la part des propriétaires avec petits cadeaux de bienvenue, très agréable, maison très jolie, propre, avec un très bon équipement en cuisine, salle de bain très fonctionnelle, 2 toilettes, maison très complète. A recommander vivement.
