Ce fut d'excellents échanges avec Gabrielle. Elle est très à l'écoute. La situation du logement en fait un petit coin de paradis, face à la mer avec vue dégagée. Il est accessible pour les personnes à mobilité réduite. Le parking de la résidence est vraiment un grand plus. Les logements sont bien insonorisés. Les équipements et la décoration rendent cette location très agréable.
