"Hotel was very clean, great location, large room, terrible air conditioning. The room was stuffy all night. Had the air turned to 19, that was as low as it would go,but the room temperature was at 23.5. Asked the front desk for a fan, told them the problem. They said they would send maintenance. Not sure if maintenance came or not because we went out. The shower had great pressure but the water at times came out scalding which I had to quickly move or I would have been burned. Check in took forever, lots of people in line to check in, but only 2 staff helping. Went to the bar to ask for a wine glass to bring to our room but they would not give me !!!"
