"this is the third time that we have stayed at the Charming hotel, we love the spa concept they offer in every suite with sauna, jacuzzi and steam shower. we were offered a room in the new area of the hotel that was recently built. This new area is beautiful, the most outstanding view of the lake Nahuel Huapi and the mountains i think is the best selling point for the hotel. I wish the hotel had some areas for adults only because there were some young noisy kids during dinner time at the restaurant and we were trying to have some calm conversation. The food at the Stag restaurant is delicious, we tried the 3 course meal, that included empanadas, provoleta, lamb, pasta and dessert. the staff is very friendly and always trying to help you out. We highly recommend staying at this hotel."

"Nos gustó todo! Lo cómoda de las habitaciones con estufa a leña, vista al lago y montañas, lo amplias que eran. El servicio super atentos. Desayuno muy rico. Creo que es un buen combo, calidad de servicio, cuartos tipo cabaña grandes."

"We had a wonderful stay at this property, the staff was helpful in anyway possible, offering suggestions for sightseeing and restaurants in the area, and they didn’t disappoint! All their picks were great! Breakfast was delicious with the best medialunas, and the restaurant had the most wonderful view, with the sunrise every morning. Our room was excellent, spacious with a view of the lake. We look forward to stay again in the future."
