The newly built villa offers a tastefully decorated living space of about 120 m2 on two levels for six persons.

- guest toilet with washbasin
The upper floor offers the following bedrooms and bathrooms
- bedroom with air conditioning, double bed 160x200 cm and bathroom en suite with shower
- air-conditioned bedroom, double bed 150x200 cm
- air-conditioned bedroom with two single beds 90x200 cm
- bathroom with washbasin, shower/tub and towel dryer,
- separate WC
The plot of about 650 m2 is fully fenced and closed and next to a garage, an additional outdoor parking space is available on the plot.
In front of the living and dining room there is a spacious covered terrace with a dining set and an additional sitting group.
The swimming pool (5,30 x 3 m - heatable against fees - 130 Euro per week) is equipped with beautiful lighting for the evening hours and an appropriate number of sun loungers and parasols are of course available.

Schöne Tage in einem tollen Haus
Wir hatten eine super Zeit in dem Haus. Besonders das komplett eingezäunte Grundstück machen es sehr angenehm mit Hund und Kind.
Vom einchecken bis zum auschecken war es ein toller, freundlicher Service. Sehr zu empfehlen!
