The sofa also folds into a bed. Full kitchen, bathroom, and a private off-street parking space (on-street available too) .

Built in 1900 by a steamboat captain and his wife, the home features a romantic tower design once intended to watch for the safe return of the captain on the river. 3rd-floor unit; stairs required.
