Welcome to Pismo Beach! Bring your family and friends to this fully remodeled and stylish 3 BR property minutes away from some of the best activities in Pismo Beach!

Amazing location, full amenities, sleeps 9 and with only being one block from beach you can't go wrong!!

Fully remodeled 3 bedroom 2 bath:
Upper Level:
*Living, Kitchen, Dining
*Primary bedroom w/ King Bed and en suite, sleeper sofa in living room
Lower Level:
*Two guest bedrooms, One Queen, One Twin over Full Bunk and a shared bath at the end of the hallway
Garage size roughly 18'w x 19'd x 8'h
In the heart of town but very private and peaceful.

Guests are expected to be respectful of surrounding neighbors at all times and must comply with the local noise ordinance. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Parking for up to 2 cars in garage and street parking. No parking in front of garage.

We provide starter supplies for guests: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. All other supplies will need to be providing by the guests.

Internet/ TV: We have Wi-Fi set up as well as Smart TV's in the living room and bedrooms so you can login to all of your favorite streaming platforms. BYO Passwords

This property does not have Air Conditioning which is common for properties in the Pismo Beach area.

We will be available from 8am-8pm to communicate with over the platform.

Must sign rental agreement upon booking and upload a copy of your legal unexpired driver's license or passport

Must submit a $500 off-platform security hold that will be collected upon signing rental agreement but it will not be placed until 2 days prior to arrival and released 3 days after departure, if no damages are reported. Deposit to be processed by host on guests credit card. Please note we are API Connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez to safely and securely take off-platform security deposits.

Ocean Dreams was a wonderful stay for our family. Having a garage was so handy. The location is amazing-we walked almost everywhere while we stayed there.The kitchen is fully equipped-we cooked our own breakfast and dinner each day. Megan responds quickly if there are issues or questions. It is nicely furnished with comfort in mind.

Great place to stay in a very good neighborhood! Home was clean and had all necessary items for cooking and grilling. Really good proximity to the beach. You could walk everywhere in less than 15 minutes, really no need for a rental car. I would stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a nice place close to the beach!

This house was in a great location, close to the Pismo pier, shops, and restaurants. We had everything we needed and more. The house was decorated and recently remodeled would definitely stay here again. Check-in instructions were easy and host was very responsive.

Amazing stay and location!

Our stay was lovely! The location was perfect for walking to the beach and the boardwalk but quieter than other locations we’ve stayed in Pismo. Lovely condo, comfy beds, and stayed nice and cool at night even when the days were 80+. Management was very responsive to our questions. We would definitely stay here again!
