With its panoramic view of the beautiful fine sandy beaches of Pirou-Plage, this vacation home is in an exceptional location as it is in the middle of the dunes and has private access to the sea. You can enjoy the movement of the tides at all times, in a bright, comfortable and functional living space. Situated in front of the main promenade, in the heart of a very quiet cul-de-sac, you are also very close to the restaurants and stores of the town. Look forward to the permanent spectacle of nature and the island of Jersey on the horizon. A large secondary room in the garage provides space for all recreational equipment. You just have to be careful about the risk of falling in the garden, which is on an elevated position facing the sea. Visit for example the Mont-Saint-Michel (100 km), the landing beaches or the tapestry of Bayeux (85 km). This accommodation is the ideal place to discover all the riches of Normandy.

Maison à fort potentiel mais non exploité.

Emplacement super face à la mer. L'extérieur est laissé sauvage et non aménagé, une simple petite terrasse aurait été agréable. La relation avec Novasol le gérant immobilier a été exécrable. Nous avons été bloqué lors de la prise des clés, les serviettes fournies étaient vieilles et effilochées, et le ménage fait très rapidement (sable au sol et étagères pleines de poussières).
