The breakfast was skimmpy. No way to heat the oatmeal. Room was not serviced. Was told if you want the room serviced you have to ask. I said I needed towels and coffee. Housekeepers have gone home. Too Bad! The maintenance man got those items for us. Would never stay at this facility again. Plenty of other places to chose from.

The people were nice, but the breakfast was the same thing every day there was no change would’ve liked to seen something different. The biggest problem was we were at a football tournament and me and my boy were at the field and my other friend and his son were at the apartment hotel And must’ve been a little loud at that point in time he got a nasty phone call from must’ve been another resident either below or somewhere close that was able to call our room and was very passive aggressive to it made us feel uncomfortable when I had gotten home from the football field. As soon as I walked in the door, the same phone rang, and I got the same nasty message The next morning when I was eating breakfast and talked to the staff, they assured me it was not them. I thought that was very unprofessional, and I actually was a little scared for my safety and our children.

Cold shower

Horrible experience as there was no hot water at night when I needed to shower and there’s nothing they could do. They don’t have a maintenance person. No refund either. I was booked for 3 days but left after two as I was not happy with the hotel.

The building is older not well maintained. The cleanliness of the room was poor. We found the bed comfortable. The man at the desk was pleasant and easy to deal with. I doubt I would stay there again.

Breakfast was good. Other guests were pretty normal. The area around was convienenet for us and even Laughlin wasnt too far. Would stay again. Only semi issue was we had two beds and one was thinner than the other but nonetheless it was a nice stay
