I gave this a 2 star review because the front desk gave me a 20% discount for the TV remote not working and no one showing up to fix it. For a night, it was manageable, however would not recommend staying longer than a night.

Our room was very clean. The made on duty was courteous. Hallways were clean outside of our room. The shower looked like new. It was a nice stay.

Immediately upon driving up you can tell that it is an unsafe area. The door to the main building does not even close completely, ever. The elevator does not light up as it should and you can never tell if you pressed the button or not, just have to hope that it will come. The security camera in the hallway of the floor that I was on had been ripped out. The entire hallway smelled of pot and that went into the room. The smoke alarm in the room had been disabled. There were stains on the couch. The curtains were hanging off the rod and did not block out the light at all. The bathroom did not appear to have been fully cleaned and the vent was falling off the ceiling. The sheets had stains on them and were terribly rough. The walls had stains on them. The bed felt like it was from the 90s. There was only one small trash can in the entire room. Overall would not recommend staying here. They have obviously updated it, and the pictures make it look nice, but it is lipstick on a pig.

Came in December so no need for AC so i assumed it worked, no lamps, no phone, limited outlets for charging purposes, cockroach in bathroom, no tub plug to take a bath ,only curtain in room needs repair, burn holes in bedspread. So I would not stay again
