"This hotel is “older” and could use upgrades but for what I needed - it was perfect. I just stayed overnight and used the shuttle to the cruise port. The room was clean, no weird smells, no bugs, and bed was comfortable. I didn’t use shower (showered at home before leaving) so can’t comment on temp or pressure. Breakfast was good, with all the standard hot and non-hot options. All the staff I encountered from night to morning to shuttle driver was great. Shuttle runs every hour from I believe 9am-1pm and is $10 per person. I went at 10am and was there by 10:20am, then on the ship by 11. Good location with plenty of food and shopping options nearby. May not be ideal for a long stay but for a night or few, it’s perfectly fine. "

"The staff at the Hilton was second to none! Eric, the bartender on the beach/Tiki bar was wonderful and so attentive. Jason and Dylan at the pool bar were friendly and on top of every person‘s needs. The room was clean and it was quiet. The only Complaint would be the lack of transparency with the pricing of chairs and umbrellas on the beach that are not included in the resort fee."
