- ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE:
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out ends at 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability at a fee of $50/hour (early) or $100/half-hour (late). Please request in advance.
- TOILETRIES:
Due to insurance guidelines and guest skin sensitivities, we do not provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, or personal skin-care products. Please bring your own.
Outdoor Amenities
- BBQ GRILL:
We provide a charcoal grill, please bring your own charcoal.
Grills are removed December 1–April 15 for winter safety.
- FIRE PIT:
Firewood is provided; please bring your own lighter or flint.
- HOT TUB:
Emptied and refilled between reservations. Allow 6–8 hours to reach full temperature.
- FARM ENVIRONMENT:
This is a working farm. Expect natural sounds including roosters and cattle. Please be mindful of surrounding animals and avoid loud noises that may disturb them.
- HOUSE RULES:
1) No smoking of any kind indoors or on the property. ($500 fine for odor removal)
2) Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–7:00 AM. Noise complaints may result in forfeiture of deposit and/or removal without refund.
3) Maximum occupancy is 2 registered guests. No additional visitors. Third-party bookings are not permitted.
4) Service animals only. Pets and emotional support animals are not allowed. Valid documentation that can be verified is required for service animals.
5) Keep the property tidy. Excessive mess may result in additional cleaning fees.
6) ID & guest names required for all reservations at check-in.
7) Use designated parking areas only. Do not block driveways or access points.
8) Turn off lights, appliances, and HVAC when leaving or not in use.
9) Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
