Guests have access to the house & land from the house down to the lake, There is an outdoor shed that has has kayaks with bikes, life jackets fishing poles etc.



Small, wooded lakeside and residential community just outside Pine Grove The vibe is outdoor‑oriented and family friendly—good for hikers, anglers, campers and people seeking a quiet nature getaway.



Most guests will use a car — roads are rural and there is limited public transit. The area is walkable for short local trips (to lakes, trails, park features), but expect to drive for groceries, restaurants and services. Taxi/rideshare availability is limited; guests should plan to rent a car or bring their own. Biking and hiking are convenient for on‑site recreation; the Appalachian Trail and park trail network are accessible for day trips.



Guests have private access to the house. There benches down by the water that guests can sit & enjoy the sunset. There are neighbors so please be mindful of that.
