The room was left extremely clean daily. Katies customer service on the phone when booking and on arrival was exceptional. She was warm, friendly, put us in a quiet room and gave us plenty of advice. Undercover parking was great too as were the toiletries.

All our meals were excellent and service was prompt and plentiful.
