The pillow cases were dirty they changed that but not the whole set of linens. The tub had dirty ring around it. Was a jet tub was filth around those. I stood on a hand towel to shower. Pictures were not reality of the hotel or rooms. Ice machine and another vend were out of order

When we got there a couple was changing rooms because of bed bugs and I saw a roach while using bathroom in middle of the night.

Awesome people but unclean.
The house keeping is a joke but the morning manager could be the best I’ve ever met at any hotel.
