We had several issues during our stay but like the property overall. Most of issues are things the property management could improve on. Finding the house was an issue because GPS says you’ve arrived before you’ve turned into the complex. We could only unlock the door using one persons phone and not the code. The townhouse was clean but there were several stains in the carpet, dents and scrapes on the walls and one of the dining room chairs were broken when we arrived. We notified the property management company of these issues on arrival but never received our refundable deposit back. We are very upset about this because we left the home very clean and followed all checkout instructions. The location is very close to DollyWood and the island. It was very quiet for the most part other than then being able to hear the train from Dollywood which we of course didn’t mind. We had no idea where the pool was or its hours until we drove around the complex to find it. The pool is down a very steep hill and would recommend driving to it if you have small kids or trouble walking. It would be nice if there was a map of the complex and hours the amenities are available. It also would’ve been nice to have a hard copy of checkout instructions instead of having to wait for them to be available on the phone. Checkout procedures are very simple.
