I was on business and was in need of an iron to iron a shirt. The one in the room was not working, I called the front desk to have one switched and they told me that housekeeping were not working and will be in later. I asked the man at the desk to just switch one from another room and he said no.

Hotel need several renovations ASAP

The people there do a lot friendly service. BUT the hotwl is falling apart . Black mold. Shower drains blockage. The humidity smell.

Hotel was in a convenient location. Some aspects of the room had been updated, but others were very dated and in terrible condition. Our room doors’ hinges (both room and bathroom doors) were rusted and repainted many times over, with multiple layers of peeling paint. The room door needed to be fiddled with to be closed because the wood around the hinge was splitting. Patio door did not lock, there was dust and cobwebs on lamp shades and the floor was clearly not vacuumed properly. At least the bed were decently comfortable and we found no bedbugs, so there are positives.

This is a large hotel, it was packed, and yet our room and balcony were quiet and enjoyable. The room was spacious and clean, the bathroom was newly renovated (a nice walk-in shower) and the staff were all really lovely and helpful. The breakfast was good, parking was free and easy. The entrance may be a little difficult for anyone with accessibility issues (a big sloped ramp leading up to the entrance) but it's not awful. They could use one more elevator but that's a minor issue.

Im so disappointed...the pool is freezing. 6 other families came into the pool area, put their feet in and left as well. It is advertised as heated...this was beyond cold. Not swimmable for my little ones...everyone was chattering. You cant say "heated pool" and offer that temperature. The water slide that's advertised looks amazing, but I wish it was clearer upon booking that it's closed certain days...I know it states that somewhere, but I didnt see that until after I booked. The pool was the reason we decided to stay here...never, never again.

Really great stay. Enjoyed the breakfast and having access to 2 pools that opened until late at night. Really enjoyed our renovated room with no carpets. Only small downside is the slide for kids was not open

Only stayed one night as we were traveling through as such my review is based on limited observations & interaction with staff. The hotel staff were very friendly and helped sort out an issue with the early check-in arrangements that were booked in advance however their system apparently stated wasnt approved by the hotel, the manager quickly made arrangements to accomandate the early check-in which was greatly appreciated after several hours on the road. The hotel was built in the 70's so it does show its age in areas, it is located in a quite area close to a park with walking trails and is a bit of a walk or a short drive to amenities. The room was clean & quite, however it was obvious the staff do a quick clean and not a top to bottom clean followed up by a floor managers inspection prior to the rooms being released for occupancy as found in 4 & 5 star hotels. This was evident by cobwebs located in corners of furniture along with a good layer of dust accumulation in some areas, miscellaneous maintenance items not addressed, etc. The wifi signal was very weak or doesnt have the bandwidth to handle multiple guest at the sametime, TV channels were pixelated. The lighting at night in the parking lot areas is non existent or at least its not turned on as there are light post with very large lights that should light up the area very well, we returned to the hotel around 10pm at night and it was very dark which is a security and safety concern.

It was way to noisy. There was an adjoining room door that we could here every thing the guests in that room said. We could hear the man snoring & drove us crazy all night. The front desk staff & the domestics were very polite & welcoming.
