We designed and built this new Villa of 150 m2, so that it fits best into the spirit of the Corsican maquis.
Ideally located near the beautiful beaches of Chevanu and San Giovani (respectively 3.5km and 4.5km) and not far from the center of the charming village of Pianottoli which can be reached on foot in a few minutes.
Sought after interior fittings with wood materials, quartz concrete on the floor and quality furnishings. You will enjoy the beautiful terrace upstairs to spend warm evenings.
A plancha and a large wooden table will allow you to have an aperitif and dinner with family or friends.
From this place you can enjoy a lovely sea view.
A large exotic wood terrace surrounds the swimming pool, 11m x 3.25m swimming lane type. The abundant vegetation composed of endemic species and olive trees allows you to feel surrounded by nature.
Finally, a bowling green under a marvelous century-old cork oak, with a view of the bell tower of the Caladrello church, will allow you to spend good times playing and conviviality.

vielen lieben Dank - unser Aufenthalt in der Wooden Villa war perfekt. Alle waren begeistert (4 Erwachsene, 5 Kinder) - tolle Ausstattung, liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles wie auf den Fotos bei Fe-Wo Direkt. Anprechpartner vor Ort sehr nett, aufmerksam und immer erreichbar.
Danke für den tollen Obstkorb und den Wein :)

Jolie maison sur les collines
Magnifique maison dans la maquis Corse très proche du port de Pianottoli-Caldarello et des supermarchés.
Très bien équipée et très propre.
Jolie piscine et terrain de boules
Très bon concierge et nettoyage milieu de séjour appréciable.
Très jolie déco contemporaine. Très bonne literie.
Dommage que la maison neuve de devant cache un peu la vue…

Wunderschönes Haus mit Meerblick und großem Pool
Wir haben Ende August 2023 unseren Urlaub in diesem wunderschönen neuen Haus verbracht. Der Empfang durch den Concierge vor Ort war unkompliziert und herzlich und es gab einen riesigen Begrüßungskorb sowie Obst, Wein und Wasser im Kühlschrank. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter per Mail war ebenso herzlich wie zuverlässig.
Das Haus hat alles, was man benötigt: Der obere Bereich mit der tollen Küche, dem großen Esstisch und der Couch war perfekt und so schön wie auf den Bildern. Die Küche hat alles, was man benötigt und die großen Schiebetüren sorgen dafür, dass man sich fast wie in einer Außenküche fühlt.
Die Schlafzimmer haben alle Rollläden und sehr bequeme Betten. Es gab genug Platz für die Kleidung und in den Bädern zudem Shampoo- und Duschgel.
Der Pool hat eine sehr gute Länge zum richtig Schwimmen und zum Draußen liegen gab es gemütliche Liegen und Schirme. Alles war genau wie auf den Bildern beschrieben oder was noch schöner.
In 5 Minuten war man mit dem Auto am Strand und Baguette holen konnte man mit einem kleinen Marsch von 10 Minuten auch zu Fuß erledigen.
Danke an Pascal und Jean-Charles für die schöne Zeit und eure Hilfe bei Fragen. Wir kommen sicher wieder!
