Pros - Excellent villa (with plunge pool) - Great for a family - 2 rooms, 1 dining hall, 1 kitchen, plunge pool - Great room views - Courteous staff - Good pricing for the type of accommodation Cons - Slightly away from city center Patong (hence the price). But can book a taxi via Bolt - Villa next to ours was abandoned and the pool was full of algae and mosquitoes. Seems like the project is co-owned. Like a township, 1 Villa given to private, some to Tinidee - Golf course is not accessible to travellers

Very lux apartments. Exactly as pictured. Super big, clean and quiet. A little bit out of the way of everything but was easy enough to organisw scooters and with the Grab app, you can easily organise food to be sent to the resort. The greens were Beautiful, and very affordable for what was included. Made you feel like a pro golfer. Def recommend!

The property was quiet, the staff was very kind. Dislikes: There was no in room microwave, the shiw would not stay warm. It was go from hot to cold without changing the setting. The toilet leaked water on the floor for several days, and sll they did was turn the water off in the back and not fix it.

The Tinidee Resort is pretty much smack bang on the middle of the island surrounded by a couple of golf courses. As such it’s not the usual beach partying experience that many would be after. However it is relatively quiet and there are bars and restaurants within reasonable walking distance. The staff are very helpful in the resort and at the golf club. You can easily get around by taxi or by hiring your own transport. The Loch Palm Golf Course was great to play, with a good layout for all standards and caddies who knew their stuff. As a Sandbox location for a week you could do a lot worse.

Golf trip

For true bred golfing this location with Red Mountain and Loch Palm Golf courses is super for its proximity. But property is very dated despite it being part of the MBK Group. It may be cheaper at about S$50.00 per night. Also confusing is the name Tinidee Golf Resort when it actually is part of the Loch Palm Golf Resort. Taxi drivers are blur. Google Map is equally blur as the it points to the back gate which is closed. Unnecessary travel time and difficult for Grab or Taxi drivers. Rooms are large but dated. There was a black out. Water heater does not work. Breakfast was bad. If you need to dine in, restaurant last order is 7.30pm? But the front desk ladies made up for the frustration. There is this one lady, Pattaponam [sorry may have got the spelling wrong]. She is the only wonderful assistance to mellow our stay. For those who are attracted by the low price, please be aware that it is indeed a secluded location. No doubt there is a small pool and a decently equipped gym. But golf is okay and expensive may I add. If you need to commute to Patong Beach or to the Central Mall, on average return taxi fare is about Baht1,000.00 per day. I thought Management should chat with Google Map and put things right firstly about direction to this property. For me, very unlikely that I will do a return trip. I shall stay off course if I want to play at Loch Palm or Red Mountain Golf Resorts. My honest feedback MBK.
