The views from the balcony are amazing. The staff kept the rooms clean and we’re very polite and nice. We were very close to the beach and local shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend this place.

The staff were great! They were very friendly and welcoming. The room had a nice view of the beach. Beds and pillows were comfortable. A short walk to the public swim areas. Lots of area restaurants to choose from for breakfast lunch or dinner. The hotel cafe/bar is currently under construction. It probably will be done in a couple of weeks and will be a nice addition.

We had come from Patong beach to stay here for 3 nights. It was very quiet, comfortable, had everything you needed all in the Kamala beach area. The staff are very friendly and will do anything for you. This is a place worth visiting. Sep2024

Great location on the beach, however the room we stayed in room 210 bathroom was very mouldy nothing looked like it was properly scrubbed and had a bad smell even though cleaning is done daily. Room floors not cleaned nicely either. Additionally our safe was broken and unusable as was the hair dryer provided lit on fire when I tried to use it

I really loved my stay here. Because it war right by the beach, you can hear the ocean all day/night long. This was my first stop while visiting Phuket for the first time and I had a great introduction to the lovely island of Phuket through Thai Kamala Beach Front. The staff was pretty laid back. I will definitely be back when I visit Phuket again!

Location is absolute beachfront so the views from the balcony were superb. Easy walking distance to beach swimming areas, shops restaurants, markets and Big C supermarket. Would stay here again

I do not recommend this hotel unless you are wanting to stay in motel like status. The whole ordeal started while trying to even find the place to begin with. Th taxi driver couldn't even find it himself and he lives there. We arrived to the "front desk" which half of is a pop up table. we check in and drag our suitcases up stairs and into the room. The room would have been okay, if there wasn't stains all over the walls and bed sheets/pillows, exposed wires hanging out, broken things all over the room. The lock on the door had previously been broken so they just screwed on another to the already janky door. I didn't even want to unpack a single thing. Not to mention the pending charge on my card was over charged $250 and the guy couldn't even tell me why or what the charges were for... I immediately got on the phone with expedia to cancel and rebook somewhere else. I was supposed to have been refunded, but I still have not received it. I have tried reaching out to the hotel and still no response. I have been waiting about a week now. This hotel is not as advertised in the photos posted and the staff was rude.

Didn’t check in, left straight away

I’d booked to stay 5 nights with a non-refundable booking. I arrived, took a look at the Beach/location and left without checking in. I wasted my $, but there’s no way I could have stayed here for 5 days. The room was clean and tidy, however the beach is really average and this hotel is located in the worst part of the really average beach. The Beach may have been ok 40 years ago, but now all the Accom is run down and neglected. I certainly wouldn’t recommend staying here, there are many better places elsewhere around Phuket - which is a shame for the owners of this business, but it is what it is.

Ok hotel close to a so-so beach

Hard to find hotel! Name on Expedia doesn't match actual name (Kamala village hotel - next to Mama Mia resto). Hotel was clean and had beach towels but no free coffee. One front desk person was very polite and helpful but one spoke very little English. Hotel has direct access to beach but so many vehicles can't go on sand and so many long boats can't go in water so had to walk down beach (not far). Hotel overall was ok.
