Love this small hotel.. I would come back every single time! It’s right in the middle of everything, you can walk out and there’s a Tops daily liquor store and 7/11, they have street vendors all around the streets. Might be a bit noisy due to traffic but I loved everything about it! It’s very affordable and the staff there are very helpful! Thank you Seeka boutique! If you are interested in saving and being able to not travel far for food or entertainment this is where you would want to stay!!

Considering I found a great deal for my 6-night stay, I was very happy with my stay. Room was clean and spacious, breakfast was included, and was walking distance to Bangla Rd. Staff were also lovely! Would stay again

AC and Water heater were not working. We booked two rooms, but both rooms had problems. They arranged new rooms however, the rooms were smelly and they are under renovation. Only for us did they give these smelly rooms on the left wing. For all the other guests, they gave us a room in the new building.

The name boutique here is misleading. This place is located on a not so nice, noisy street. Furniture in the rooms is very old. I was initially given a room that was dirty and had a funny smell but was moved to another after complaining. The lady at reception when I checked in seemed uninterested in her job all throughout my stay but all others were friendly and accomodating. Breakfast in the restaurant is decent and staff there polite. The pool is nice.

This is the second time I stayed here. Was not to fussed this time. Had 2 change rooms twice. The shower was not hot and the water pressure was very poor.

El hotel se encuentra en una zona tranquila por lo tanto es bueno para descansar y cuenta con una hermosa piscina para los días calurosos. En cuanto al personal no fue para nada amable, la única gente amable era quienes estaban encargados del desayuno. En recepción nos realizaron mal la reserva y nos querían cobrar el desayuno por separado cuando habíamos elegido y pagado la opción con desayuno incluido. Se excusaron diciendo que nos dieron un UpGrade ( cuando en realidad solo queríamos una habitación común con desayuno incluido), el inodoro de la habitación tenía pérdidas y ni siquiera se molestaron en limpiar eso o solucionarlo.

Great value hotel as long as you don't stay at the 5th floor. The housekeeping staff is incredibly loud starting at 8-8:30, do not care much about the guests who are sleeping. Apart from that you need to have breakfast at the time it begins (around 6:30 am) or else you might not eat at all since nothing is being replaced after they're finished (for ex. milk or eggs) and the staff starts clearing things up around 10 am (although it is stated that the breakfast is until 10:30). Overall apart from the receptionists, the staff don't seem to enjoy working there, they simply don't care about anything and always frowning. Overall good value for money, but you can have a much better breakfast around the town for the same price.
