I accidentally booked for the wrong dates. I realized the mistake one day after their feee cancelation period. I asked to change the dates rather than cancel and they would not accommodate even though they had openings as I could still book the correct dates online. I chose to go elsewhere.

Crowded but cheap price

Stayed one night because of the unreal low price..less than $2 usd.very crowded dorms but they are pretty clean.only one fan in the room and they turn ac off from 10am-6pm.would only recommend if your budget is very low.

Clean and comfy, good for a few nights

We stayed for one night and it was good for that and the price was brilliant. It’s right in the centre of the lively area but up a side street so nice quiet. It was great for the price and the rooms were clean and had a private bathroom and small kitchenette area with water supplied. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had to change rooms though at about 2am because of the water pump making the most annoying noise in our room and waking us all up. Staff were helpful though and allowed us to move ourselves.

Our stay was fine overall. Great location. Walking distance to Patong Beach and nightlife. Staffs were helpful. Room condition and facilities were decent. The only downside was the WiFi, it was extremely weak, unable to detect and connect most of the time. But lucky we had unlimited Mobile data using a local sim card.

Beyond terrible, you get what you may for

I stayed here 15 minutes and left, nice hostel Right across the street from the beach called Kokotel which was AMAZING. This place is way out of the way from everything and beyond disgusting. The building is falling apart, it’s down a strange alley that does not look safe and the smell!!!! It was gross!

Hotel close to beach, close to the main street

The owner and staff are fantastic, very helpful and supportive. Nick the owner is an encyclopedia of places to go to and places to see. Nick extremely friendly and down to earth. Very accommodating for the guests and their needs Would highly recommend this hotel.

I've stayed at many budget places in Patong....

This is by far, the absolute WORST. I booked a shared room, which showed a picture of a nice room with 2 beds, assuming I would be sharing it with one other, which is fine. When I arrived, The booking said Mixed Dormitory, shared with 18 other people, it consisted of 3 rooms filled with bunks to cram as many people in as possible. There are rules written everywhere, no lights on after a certain time, quiet hours etc, yet, the lights were switched on till 4am, even after I cracked it at the perpetrator, it kept happening. The hotel staff were exceptionally lazy and uncaring, and did not want to lift a finger to help me in any way. Yet the morning after this experience on my second day in, and they said I should have come down stairs to reception to tell them to do something about it. This was enough for me to check out on the spot and find another hotel, I had to basically call the last 13 days of my booking at this hotel a complete financial write off, as the hotel staff had the standard local attitude of the customer is always wrong. Despite the FALSE ADVERTISING of the room, they would not refund me even one cent. To top all that off, the location, whilst central, is just in a very awkward position, and is therefore more challenging to get in and out of. If you are booking this dump of a hotel, you will regret it. At no point has the hotel even apologized, so far it's been 3 weeks since I left disgruntled and not a word. No doubt they'll try and save face here though.

Deceiving hotel

This is a very old condominium close patong beach. The owner just converted some of the rooms to be a hotel or dormitory type. Other units are owned by different owners some other units are being rented out by the unit owner making safety a question inthe area. Hotels staff doesn't know how to speak English. Asking for assistance to get a tour package or what to do in the area is very difficult. Any assistance you need comes with a price although Thailand Currency is cheap as compared to US currency. They charge to call the tour operator to confirm pick up when they are late and even to call the shuttle for hotel to airport transfer.

Worst hostel ever!! DO NOT STAY THERE!!!

The owner, Australian rude, mean old man, literally threatens to send you to jail for any suspicion! Staff watching you in the room 24/7. At 6 am wake you up with opening doors, windows, turning lights on etc. Beds like earthquakes, dirty, horrible atmosphere of military prison. DO NOT STAY THERE!!!

budget hotel 10 mins beach 20 mins shop centre

room had wet floor to toilet from air conditioner drain behind door all the time, in front of basin shower wet floor and toilet , T V reception very poor , 3 English channels only air Conditioner motor outside window reall loud , hole in wall under sink 400 mm round out side noise there for 17 days went looking first day for other accommodation .. decided to stay, complained and they put towel around drain pipe did nothing ,, told owner after two weeks apologized offered us upgrade to dormitory with dryer Bath room still wet floor if had shower before used toilet ,, but worse noise had 2 motors from air conditioner outside on balcony next to bed room window every time they start wake up , bigger tv ,NO signal meant to have cable TV but they cant fix it , you have to wait till tune in TV every time you turn off or take key out of room 5 mins for tuning 100 stations 5 repeat stations if you dont start from 57 Tuning will go through them all again The wife was not happy but we decided to stay next time pay a little more for comfort ,, Had NO POOL ,, Has fridge sink cooking equipment low budget we had extra adult wife's friend from over seas ,, Next time rather stay in resort not a apartment was only because we paid for the 3 off us ..

The place was nice and great location but the kitchen and bathrooms were not clean. When the AC has off the windows would be close and the place stinck horrible. He had a shoe rack in front of out bed. There wasn’t enough space to hang up out clothes, neither for out personals. 2 power outlets for 3 people in the bunk bed wasn’t enough. The location has really good and maid and receptionist... even the guy in the kitchen very friendly.

Best Hostel visit yet!

Fantastic stay here at studio apartments, Nick was such a great guy and helped us out a ton with anything we needed and gave us very helpful advice! Amy was such a delight too and mothered over us two guys to make us feel right at home. Couldn't recommend this place more! Definitely worth a stay for such a good price too. Thanks guys!
