Excellent hotel in front of Patong Beach . Many places to eat nearby . Liv Hotel offers a nice morning breakfast buffet for a low price . I will return to this property in the future when visiting the area .

The hotel was extremely dirty, and I was shocked by the condition of the bathroom. The bedroom lights were covered in dust. However, the staff were very friendly and polite.

Hidden Gem in Patong

Me and my partner stayed here for 4 nights, and we had an amazing time. We stayed in the Deluxe Premier Balcony Seaview room which was very clean and spacious, the view from the balcony was also amazing. The bed was comfortable and we had one of the best sleeps! The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the service was brilliant. The location was perfect for us with quite a few bars and restaurants within a 5 min walk and a 15 min walk to the heart of Patong (Bangla Road). Supermarkets & a variety of shops were on our doorstep. I initially thought our stay would’ve been quite noisey and loud, but it wasn’t. I defo would recommend this hotel, it’s defo a hidden gem in Patong

Great hotel near the beach. Delicious breakfasts and clean rooms. A big plus is that in front of the entrance to the hotel there is a tap for washing your feet from sand. The only downside is the noise from the parties and transport traffic from Patong Beach area - but that was expected.

Lovely place with amazing staff

This hotel is conveniently located across to beach and close to different restaurants and shopping areas. The staff is really friendly and willing to help at any need. The room is big in term of American standards. Highly recommended if you plan to be away from all the craziness and noise of Patong. Freedom beach is just around the corner and Patong beach across the street.

This hotel is a hidden gem. We stayed there for a week in January and all the staff were fantastic. The room was clean, spacious and quiet, with an awesome ocean view. Our requests to staff were attended to with a smile, and they attended to everything without a fuss. Everything about this hotel was on point. We were able to unwind & fully relax to enjoy our holiday. I already miss my barista made coffees by the pool. So, we will definitely return.

The LIV was a decent stay. The rooms are nice and spacious and very clean but the hotel and some parts of the room could definitely use a refresh…. There are blinds in the shower (not sure why because the window in the shower is frosted) that are full of water mold (same with the shower curtains)…. The shower drain was plugged and the tub drain gave off an odor. There were some yellowish stains on the bedding. Also, there was a horrific smell at the entrance of the resort as there is a huge sewer right at the entrance steps that accosts you with the most horrid poop smell ever. I don’t think that’s the LIVs fault as there are several sewers like that in Patong, but it is unfortunate. It was in a good location close to restaurants and the beach, and overall a nice place to stay, but there are a few things that could be improved.

Mostly amazing stay. Staff etc were awesome. Best place I stayed in Thailand. Only thing to let it down was there was lots of dirt in my bath tub when I checked in which the cleaners cleaned and some marks on the side of the bath.
