The agent at check-out was not pleasant but that didn’t matter since I just dropped my keys and left when I realized she was not as pleasant as the others. Overall my one night stay was amazing!

Me and my wife want to sincerely thank all the hotel staff and kitchen members for their outstanding service during my stay. Everyone was incredibly polite, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The housekeeping team kept everything spotless and comfortable, while the front desk staff made check-in and check-out smooth and easy. Room was too small although we were told its upgrade. Mis communication about checkout timing. We requested delayed checkout. It was granted. But on the day, staff asked us to check out early and even asked for money for delayed checkout. But in the end we were given delayed check out. Restaurant was great. Overall staff were helpful. There was also bad smell in the corridors some time!!!
