4月13日チェックインで初めての経験を体験しました。午後8時頃、ホテルに到着しましたが、受付の方がいません。(約１時間待たされました) やがて、男性の方きてやっと部屋に入りました。 次の日朝なんの謝罪のひと言もありませんでした。 それと、wifiの案内(ロビーに置いてある)がデタラメで３日間、使えませんでした。 今後、２度とお世話になりますせん。　　　　　　　　　　　　　以上
