Good property well Maintained Mixed experience for staff and customer service some people like Shiv Nayar and Gale were great at the same time there was a front desk exec called Sid who has no idea of what he is doing in hotel and what is customer service The brand is good service can get better The location is good some rooms that are sold as sea view open towards a roof top restaurant

Beautiful beach very close by. It was only a one minute walk. Good dining options nearby, which was helpful because the food at the hotel was mid and over priced. All the hotels in the area seem a bit run down, so this is probably your best bet… although the walls could use some mold treatment.

I can’t say enough about this resort, it was absolutely incredible. From the moment I arrived, everything was top-notch. The room service was phenomenal. When I asked if someone could come up and run me a bubble bath, they did it with no hesitation or delay. The breakfast experience was just as impressive. There were endless food options and even a full juice bar, something I’d never seen before. And the highlight? Having breakfast served right in the pool. That was a first for me, and it was unforgettable. The entire resort radiated peace and luxury, and I’m truly grateful for the experience. If I had one wish, it would be for a little less rain, only because it limited how much of the resort I could fully enjoy. But that’s nature, not the resort. Overall, it was an excellent stay, and I’d do it all over again in a heartbeat.

For the price point hotel was great. Pool area/deck restaurant and breakfast were the highlights. Modern and clean, staff courteous and allowed late checkout considering we also checked in later. This is a wonderful place to stay. The staff are friendly. The rooms big. The location perfect, as you escape the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas but are close enough to what ever you need. My only issue with this hotel is that, while they charge extra for drinks you can get for half the price on the street. (That parts ok) they then charge a service fee on top of this. Everything else is perfect for a great holiday

Hotel was amazing 2 years ago and remains amazing. The rooms are huge and the sea view beautiful. The pool is one of the biggest in Thailand and is always kept clean. Great team look after you and breakfast has everything you could want. Even room cleaning is efficient and friendly. Great location next to beach and bus stop to Rawai, Airport and Phuket Town. Perfection!

We had an amazing stay at Avista Grande Phuket Karon for a very special occasion – my girlfriend’s birthday. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make it memorable. They upgraded our room to one with a private jacuzzi, beautifully decorated the room for the celebration, and even surprised us with a complimentary cake. 💖 The breakfast was simply the best and most complete I’ve ever experienced at a hotel – from freshly squeezed juice stations where you can make your own juice, to an excellent omelet bar and so many options to choose from. The mountain-view sunrise from our room was breathtaking, and in the evening it’s just a short walk to the public beach to enjoy a gorgeous sunset. The pool area was very nice, the cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and every staff member we met was incredibly friendly and attentive. If I had to mention one downside, it would be that the hotel doesn’t have a private beach and the dinner options could be a bit more diverse. But honestly, with everything else being so perfect, those things hardly matter. Highly recommended for couples or anyone looking for a truly memorable experience in Phuket. 🌅✨
