Fully stocked kitchen with breakfast bar that opens to the spacious living area for family gatherings. Backyard Oasis with new pool, lawn turf, and views of the Arizona landscape. Home is close to some top hiking and mountain biking trails in the area for outdoor activities.

Built in 2020 this single level home has all of the features and amenities you need to enjoy the warm Arizona winters.

Outdoor Quiet Hours are 10 PM Nightly and strictly enforced.

Absolutely no smoking in the home. Any signs of smoking will result in a $1000 fine.
