Excellent stay in Scottsdale

This was a beautiful property in a great location. We had an excellent time swimming in the pool, watching the gorgeous sunsets and enjoying the local attractions and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

Fun in the sun

Very nice home with a lot of space. It was very clean and we really enjoyed the hot tub and swimming pool. It was so nice to spend time with family, we would book this again!! Thank you!!!

Great family get away

Beautiful house in a great location. This would be a wonderful place for holidays and family vacations. There is an excellent kitchen, a fabulous swimming pool, and several comfortable patios to enjoy a cup of coffee. Enjoy all the peaceful birds and wildlife on the property.

We loved this house

The house was beautiful, very clean and comfortable. We loved the sunsets each evening and being so close to so many great hiking trailheads. The neighborhood is very nice and the way the house is situated it feels very private. We will definitely book again.

Stay in North Tucson.

The property was perfect for our group. Everything was great and the directions for the pool and spa were very easy to follow. Bedrooms were separated enough so everyone had their privacy. We played several courses in the area, so the location was very handy. Also, there were plenty of great restaurants, specifically the “Italian Daughter”.

Girls Getaway

The property is beautiful. The 6 adults that stayed here were very comfortable with all of the amenities. You must have a car to get around. However, for leisure there are plenty of walking trails nearby. I would recommend this house for others to enjoy.

A wonderful first time trip to Arizona

This property was everything we expected and more. The description and pictures accurately depicted the property. The home is large, spacious with great outdoor areas. Well equipment with everything you need for your stay. Rosen vacations was excellent to deal with. Check in was smooth and easy and they happily accommodated a late check out for us which was greatly appreciated. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great location, neighborhood, and house. House is a nice design with bedrooms in separate corners of the house, each with its own full bathroom), surrounding the kitchen dining and living room. Kitchen is very nice with Viking appliances and super easy and nice to cook in. There is also a nice large grill in the covered area of the pool. Pool is heated and both pool and hot tub are great. House is 0.9 mile walk through neighborhood (one turn) to tons of hiking and biking trails. The trails are nicely maintained and easy to hike on (not many rocks or roots). Mostly flat-ish / rolling hills but there are some trails that traverse the peaks if you are looking for more elevation change. There are many loops so you can hike for as long or short as you like. Put the address into Strava (or other hiking / trail app) and you can see the trails map. Comms with property management was easy and efficient as was check in and check out. We had no issues or problems. Bluetooth stereo to your phone and play music at the pool. Loved it. Would definitely rent again ideally for two weeks. AJ’s Finer Food is an awesome store nearby with fantastic selection of steaks and especially fish for grilling (not inexpensive, but better and cheaper than similar quality restaurant meals) and decent wine selection (which did not seem overpriced)

Comfort in a quiet desert setting!

Already familiar with the location this was a perfect location for us on our holiday visit to see family in Scottsdale. It is close to some wonderful trailheads and golf courses and the home itself is nicely equipped with everything you may need to enjoy your stay! Two of our family members had never stayed in a VRBO property and were very favorably impressed. I’d recommend checking the driving times for where your group will be spending most of your time as this lovely home is not in a central location. However, if you’re looking for a lovely home in a pretty desert setting and don’t mind a little driving, this is for you!
