This 3 bedroom home with bonus room is the perfect place to call home base while you explore all of the incredible destinations in the Phoenix area! Relax in the large, beautiful outdoor space with heated (and newly remodeled!) pool, covered patio area, lounge chairs, outdoor dining, BBQ grill, and outdoor fireplace! Kitchen is well equipped and bedrooms furnished, with TV's in the king and queen rooms and the bonus room.

We're minutes away from several MLB Spring Training facilities and State Farm Stadium - home of the Arizona Cardinals! We're also near to Lake Pleasant, downtown Phoenix, Hurricane Harbor, Castles and Costers, hiking biking and too much to list!

Other amenities include: Washer & Dryer, A/C, Ceiling Fans, refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, pots & pans, dishes. Plus complementary beverages in the fridge, and coffee and tea by the Keurig. Driveway with RV Parking space

-There is an additional cost of $25/night to heat the pool, with 4 days notice to heat. We will message you a few days before check-in to confirm whether you would like us to begin heating and add the fee.

- The individual booking the property must also be a guest at the property during the stay. If you are booking for other travelers, please have one of the guests make the booking instead or reach out for prior permission.

- The occupancy limit for this property is 9

- There is no lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk. Children are prohibited from using the pool without an attending adult. Keep chain lock latched on back door when backyard is not in use. We do not accept any responsibility for accidents that arise from the use of the pool.

- With higher temperatures in June-September the pool heater is generally not necessary.

- If temperatures dip below 50* at night, pool may not be able to reach 80* during the day.

Pros: Check in was easy. Neighborhood is nice and quiet. Owner response was quick. Back yard was great for relaxing in the evening as it cooled down. The pool shed with all the floats and toys was great to have. I liked the layout of the house. Kitchen was fairly stocked. Cons: Upon arrival we noticed the kitchen counter had something sticky left on it, probably from a drink that was placed there. The bbq grill was dirty from the last person that used it. It’s fine, I cleaned it myself. But after paying a cleaning fee I don’t like that I have to clean things before I use them. And the owner didn’t offer to take a percent off the cleaning fee. Other areas needed attention. Stains on the ceiling, walls or door. The kitchen is fairly stocked, but could use a new set of pans. Paper products were only one roll of everything. Only a couple garbage bags to last us 7 days. The trash can was on the smaller side and had to be changed more frequently. The house rules were explicit on using provided make up wipes instead of washcloths however there were no make up wipes. And the white towels were dingy. The last two days we started finding little bugs in the house. In the bedroom, entry to the living room. Overall: Just okay. If this house had a deep clean, upgraded kitchenware, towels and didn’t skimp on basic necessities it could be a 5 star.

4th of July family trip

We had a wonderful stay at this property for our family trip. We had three adults and children ranging from ages 1-13 yo and everyone had a great time! We were concerned about visiting Arizona in July, but the pool was just what we needed to stay cool during the day and the kids loved being able to use the pool toys and floaties that were available for us. Also, the box of toddler toys in the kids bedrooms was a nice surprise and super helpful for my little one since we could only bring a few of her toys with us.Most importantly and appreciated was the responsiveness of the hosts. When we first arrived we noticed that the previous guests had damaged the umbrellas outside so there was no shade for us under the dining tables. We contacted the hosts and they responded within a half hour and had new umbrellas delivered and set up within a couple of hours! I've never stayed at vacation rental with such considerate hosts.We would definitely stay here again!

Great Spot

We enjoyed our stay so much. The pool was amazing and the yard was very inviting and comfortable. Lots of space in the house and everyone thought their bed was nice and comfy! We enjoyed the television room and were able to cook our meals with ease. Would definitely come back!

Great house with everything you need!

We enjoyed our stay here for our spring break with the kids. The house had absolutely everything we needed and everything was in working order. Kids loved the pool and roasting marshmallows out back. We had a hiccup checking in but the hosts were very responsive and made up for it. The neighborhood is very quiet just as others have said, my only knock is there is a dog at the neighbors that sometimes barked at night, we turned noisemakers on and slept through it.

Fantastic for Spring Training

Our son is a Padres fan so we spent spring break going to Spring Training games around the Peoria area. This house was in the perfect location for gettin to the Padres field. It is a beautiful property with a fabulous pool and backyard. We could not have asked for a better set up and plan to stay here again next year!

Loved this place! Heated pool was incredible. Days watching baseball, nights firing up the grill, even sitting outside by the fire place. Convenient for groceries and other shopping. Only regret 4 days was not enough!

Terrific house for a trip with kids

We visited Peoria to attend a few spring training games. The house was clean and pleasant. It is located about 10 minutes away from the Peoria sports complex. My family members loved the pool. The backyard is well designed for lounging. The hosts were attentive and easy to contact. We would definitely stay here again if we go back for spring training.

Great vacation

We were in A.Z to visit my sister and get some relaxation. It was our furst family vacation with our kids and my parents. My husband and i often travel alone but this time we traveled with the kids and the house was awesome we loved the pool specially the kids. Quick Trip/Great Pool

My husband and I came to AZ for a quick work trip of his. The house was plenty of space for the two of us, and we loved having the pool all to ourselves. The yard is great with shade and plenty of furniture out back. It was also nice to have the separate tv space to relax in the evening and cool down. The communication was great, easy check in and out. I would stay again and suggest the place to anyone heading to the Peoria area.

Great Location, Neighborhood & Owners

My family came out from MA to drop daughter off for her first year at ASU West Valley. Property was conveniently located to Campus and other shopping/recreation areas, and the neighborhood felt safe and quiet. There were a couple of minor issues we called to the owners attention when we arrived, and they and the management company were extremely responsive and worked to fix the few issues, which were the result of prior guests that had checked out the morning we were checking-in. All in all, the property was a good value and worth a return trip for this family of three.

We had a great time staying here. It was nice and close to the college our son had a visit with. We also loved the pool in the backyard, which was very much needed as the temps were in the 100's every day. We didn't do a lot of things outside of the house as it was really hot and we more just wanted to relax in the pool. The house was very well equipped with everything that we needed during our stay. Ifnour son chooses Arizona Christian University as where he wants to go to school we will be back for sure. Highly recommended place to stay.
