GIRLS GOLF TRIP

We stayed here for a girl's golf trip. The house was exactly what we needed. The beds were comfy and the house was beautifully decorated. The pool was perfect and warm even without the pool heater turned on. We 100% enjoyed our stay here and will definitely be back.

FAMILY TRIP - Graduation

Our youngest son graduated from ATSU Dental School in Mesa and we needed an home big enough to house the Family members coming in from out of town.This house could not have met our needs any better. It was well equpped, clean and comfortable.And we absolutely loved haning out by the pool each morning...and would love to come back some time in the future,Management team was very helpful and accomodating.

Beautiful and spacious home

We had an amazing holiday! The house was exactly like the pictures showed with lots of room for our group of adults and teenagers. We spent a lot of time enjoying the pool and putting green in the back yard. I highly recommend the property.

Fun in the sun

The house is beautiful. Great floor plan. The bedding was wonderful. The putting green was such a bonus. There was pool toys included. The kitchen had everything i needed to cook all meals. Definitely would stay in this property again.

Awesome house

Had a great time staying here and it being only 10min from downtown gilbert. Lons of parks and activities for the kids close by. And even though tge weather wasnt very warm the heated pool got used non stop by myself and the kids. Awesome rental and would recommend it to everyone

Pleasant Stay!

Overall this was a great property to stay in. The location has many great amenities close by. Everything was laid out great and responses from the property manager were quick and helpful. Overall the place seemed clean but did discover staining on bedding and pillows. Felt those could all be replaced. We were compensated for this and we are thankful of how everything was handled. Great for kids and enjoyed the pool very much. We appreciated having everything there for us like paper towel, toilet paper, cleaning supplies etc. We look forward to our next stay.

Great Outdoor Space & Location

We exactly got what we needed. A great sized pool (with option of heating, which we didn’t need) & a fun putting green. The house also had a pool table inside. For a group of 6 adults this place had everything we needed. Gilbert has so many restaurants within a short distance from the rental. The location in general was perfect, not far from the airport and other towns if you wanted to get out & go somewhere. The house was cleaned and stocked with the essentials for the stay. I appreciate the communication and willingness to work with our group. Highly recommend & hope to be back soon!

Wonderful property with everything we needed. Communication and check in was easy and helpful. The pool was nice as the temperature had warmed to where the cool water was a blessing. It was a wonderful stay and I look forward to my next trip there.

Wonderful stay

Quiet neighborhood, house was spotless, check in and out easy. Felt safe and at home during our stay. Will stay here again Property managers were on point and attentive, quick to answer texts and emails. Minutes away from downtown Gilbert and many golf courses.

Wyatt’s First Vacation Outside of Canada

The rental home was set up great for our group of 7 adults and 1 toddler. The location was easy to get in and out from. Biggest complaint was the insistent barking of dogs on the other side of the fence - it was very annoying.

Great house, not toddler friendly

Loved this house. BUT you can tell no one lives there, only renters. There isn’t any carpet in the house so every single sound echos. We have four kids so that was a little wild. Washer & dryer were super loud too. And there was a slight layer of dust on most of the surfaces. But otherwise it was great. My kids loved the pool but there is no fence for security. Just a small latch on the sliding glass door. My toddler nephew was over for a few minutes before the park and he went straight for the blinds on the sliding door then tried to fly up the stairs. I was very glad my youngest is 8 lol. The pool table was sweet. So much fun. And the beds were SO comfortable. There’s also a cat. It hangs out in the backyard and will be your best friend if you give it any scritches. It will also give you a mild heart attack when you take the trash can to the curb. I think the neighbor may feed it but not sure. Overall a great stay. All of us really enjoyed the house & its amenities.
