Welcome to Sunnyside Retreat! This recently remodeled home has been designed to meet all your vacation needs. Located just minutes away from State Farm Stadium, Peoria Sports Complex, and an array of other conveniences, it offers both comfort and accessibility. Nearby, you'll find many Entertainment Districts teeming with exceptional shopping and dining options.

At Sunnyside Retreat, entertainment knows no bounds. Unwind in the hot tub or take a refreshing dip in the diving pool (please note pool is not heated). Engage in friendly competitions with cornhole and foosball, or explore a world of virtual reality with our VR headset. For a more relaxed vibe, indulge in board games or retro Nintendo. We didn’t forget about the little ones, as they have a play coffee bar and board games as well.

We provide your initial supplies, such as paper towels, toilet paper (5 rolls), snacks, soap, shampoo, conditioner, basic seasonings, shower and hand towels, pool towels, silverware, pots and pans, cups, coffee cups, Folgers coffee grounds, Keurig cups, sweeteners, etc. Conveniently, there's a Fry's grocery store just one minute away from the house.

*TV Update: We've added TVs in the master bedroom and the queen bed bedroom! Now, there are a total of 3 TVs available.

The private yard is perfect for outdoor play; a dive pool, hot tub, plenty of outdoor seating, a new smokeless fire pit, BBQ grill, and professional patio misters will make your stay special.

Inside you’ll find a newly renovated and aesthetically pleasing home. Come play board games with friends and family or challenge them to a game of foosball! You’ll also enjoy the exciting experience of using a VR headset or vintage gaming system.

Sunnyside Retreat has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The primary suite features a king size bed (sleeps 2), TV and a walk in closet. The primary bathroom has a tub shower with a separate sink area. There is plenty of counter space to make yourself at home! There is also an air mattress (sleeps 2) for extra guests located in the master closet. The second bedroom features a queen bed (sleeps 2), TV and bedside tables with outlets and usb ports for ease of charging electronics. The third and most playful bedroom includes a bunk bed with a twin over full (sleeps 3). This room is ready for pretend play with a coffee bar setup and chalkboard menu. The second bathroom has a walk-in shower and plenty of storage. The toilet has an adaptable seat for adults and children. All of the bedrooms and bathrooms have new and clean linens and towels ready for you to use! There is an air mattress in the master closet if needed.

Both bathrooms are stocked with premium amenities, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and high-quality toilet paper – definitely not the cheap stuff! :) Your comfort is our priority!

The heart of the home has new seating for everyone! Catch up on tv shows or the newest releases on the flat screen tv. The dining table comfortably seats eight. The fireplace features a Duraflame insert to use on our “cool” winter days.

Finally the fully appointed kitchen is ready for all of your cooking needs. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator and freezer, full size electric oven and cooktop, dishwasher, and microwave. The fully stocked coffee bar is ready for early mornings. The kitchen has all of the flatware, dishes, drink ware, and cooking utensils that you will need. We also have tools for grilling, baking sheets, pots and pans.

Sunnyside Retreat also has a full size washer and dryer. Inside the laundry room you’ll find an ironing board and iron as well. The laundry room leads to a two car garage which you are welcome to park your vehicles in during your stay.

Perfectly situated just minutes to Peoria and Glendale entertainment areas, you’ll find plenty of options for dining and play.

To enhance your experience, we've created a custom digital guidebook that navigates you through all the amenities and features the house has to offer. The digital guide will be sent after you book. It also has our favorite restaurants and things to do around town. There is also a paper copy at the house.
