Chase your "Sun" days in this quaint, gated retreat miles and minutes from the State Farm Stadium, Fairmont Scottsdale Princess, shopping, golf courses, stadiums (football and baseball), Scottsdale, downtown Phoenix, food, cocktails & fun, along with many hiking/biking trails. Mayo Clinic is conveniently located about 12minutes away. Plenty of space to stretch out and relax after hitting the town in this bright and light Phoenix condo. Unwind at the hot-tub and cool off from the desert heat by taking a dip at the pool (heated in the winter). Sleep in the upstairs spacious master bedroom with a private bathroom, double sinks and a separate water closet; or in the comfortable guest room (full bed) with a futon, along with a detached bathroom. Balconies attached to both bedrooms (located upstairs). 2 car garage and temporary guest parking. Kitchen equipped with cooking basics along with new stainless steel appliances. Pleasant Stay
This was perfect for our stay visiting our Marine and his fiance. We all slept comfortably and had plenty of room. The only issue we ran into was having enough toilet paper. We ended up needing to run to the nearest grocery store to pick up more. But other than that, no complaints. Carrie was very easy to deal with and response times were very prompt. Would stay again in the future!

The neighborhood was perfect, quiet and secure. Loved having the pool just a minute walk away and the neighbors were so friendly. The host was very responsive and provided all the necessary amenities. Really great experience!!

Conveniently located condo. Very well equipped with lots of little extras (spices, tea bags, water for countertop ice maker, condiments in the fridge). Very easy to communicate with the host. Great stay! Would stay here again.

Very pleasant and well appointed
This site was very nice, well located for our particular visit. The host was very responsive and pleasant. The place was extremely well appointed, a very well stocked kitchen which is unfortunately not that common. The master bedroom we stayed in was great, the bed was extremely cozy. we would definitely stay here again.

Great Apartment
We found the apartment to be exactly what we needed. The apartment offered plenty of space for our family and was very clean. The location was perfect for our hiking needs with many excellent trails within 20-25 minute drives. The security was very good and it was a quiet pleasant community. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Will definitely rebook on our next visit to AZ.

Great Location for Exploring Phoenix
We’ve stayed in many VRBO properties, and this was the nicest one yet. The location is great for exploring the Phoenix area, and the property was exceptionally clean and secure. Communication with Carrie, the owner, was great as well. Highly recommend!!!
