Perfect House for Family Vacation

This house was amazing! The pool was great and we loved the size of the yard and all the common areas. The house was perfect size for us. I appreciated the closet sizes and storage.House has plenty of pool towels which was great for our group size. One small recommendation— more mirrors! The non-primary bedrooms do not have any mirrors which made getting ready in a house full of people a little tricky. Other than that, I would definitely recommend this house and book it again in the future!

Short family getaway

We had a lovely day. The house is absolutely gorgeous. The pool was clean. The house was very clean. I only complaint is the dog barked all hours of the day somewhere in the houses in the backyard. Communication was great. It was the perfect house in spot for us.

Chic Chandler Resort is Spectacular

Our recent stay at the Chic Chandler Resort in Phoenix was nothing short of delightful. The property was immaculately clean, exuding luxury with its spacious layout and elegant decor. The affordability of such a high-caliber accommodation left us pleasantly surprised. It's places like this that make us wonder why any family would choose to stay in a hotel. Without a doubt, we will definitely stay here again if we are ever in the Phoenix area.

Brilliant backyard

This property was excellent to stay at. The backyard was second to none, the pool, the outdoor seating , the fire table, the 80” tv and blue tooth speakers made our trip perfect as we had small kids that hung around the pool most days. Would absolutely stay again

Clean and beautiful, well appointed home

The property was beautiful and the house was very clean. It had everything we needed and I loved that there were 4 large beds to accommodate our group who all could have their own room. I was very impressed by everything during our stay. Would highly recommend and stay again!

Overall excellent property. Great directions on how to operate everything. Only issue were chairs. The dining room chairs were small and hard. The two side chairs in the living room both had legs that were bowed. We were almost afraid to use them. Everything else was 5 star.

Perfect Summer getaway

This property was just as described on the listing. Upon arrival, the first thing that stood out the most was how clean the house was. The floors, bathrooms, and all surfaces were spotless. The backyard had the perfect grassy area to pool ratio. There were plenty of seating and lounging areas inside and outside. We felt that the management took extra care in the details. We forgot to pack a few items for our trip but we're pleasantly surprised that a lot of those items were readily available at the property (q tips, face wipes,etc.) The location was also something we really found helpful. There were malls and shopping centers less than a 5 minute drive away. The 101 freeway was a couple of minutes away too. We've been visiting the Phoenix area every year for the last 10 years and this was our best experience to date. We hope to come back next year and hopefully this property will be available on our dates. Thank you Kee.

Great place

My husband was in town for business and we wanted a place where we could stay and have access to the Phoenix area. Loved the privacy of the yard. Property had games and a nice pool. Everything was spotless. We had an issue with the doorhandle and the property manager responded immediately to fix it Would definitely come back!

Perfection

This house is truly beautiful. The perfect layout for families. We had 3 kids (ages 8-14) and my husband and I. Check in was a breeze, house was immaculate, pool and backyard are entertainment ready. My only suggestion? Put a putting/mini golf area in that huge backyard space! That would be endless fun for everyone! The yard in the back is huge and should be utilized. Overall this place is perfection.

Nice family rental

House was perfect for our 3 couples. Pool was clean and loved the salt water. Kitchen was fairly well equipped. We bought a knife sharpener as the knives were very dull. Could use more towels in kitchen as there was only one set. It was very nice to have most things included for laundry and paper products throughout. Location to restaurants and shopping is great. Everything is very close. Would be nice to be able to park in garage.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The home was clean and had everything we needed. The location was close to shopping and dining, and the neighborhood is very quiet. We loved the backyard and pool area. We would definitely recommend to other families. Plus, the host is very responsive.

Perfect vacation house

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this house. It is a clean and very well maintained home. Nice furnishings throughout including very comfortable beds and an oversized sectional that was very comfortable to lounge in. We spent most of our time outdoors either eating at the large dining table, hanging out by the pool on the lounge chairs, or sitting by the fire pit table at night. We opened the back doors to the pool area during the day for a great indoor/outdoor living situation. Great location as it’s close to shopping and lots of restaurants. We had a very relaxing stay! Definitely one of our favorite homes we’ve stayed in the Phoenix area!

Chic home in Chandler!

Well appointed home in quiet neighborhood, great location and easy access to main road, stores/grocery and shopping. Layout of the house was open and accommodating for our group for a moms/daughters trip. The best part was the pool and backyard and, of course, the sunny weather! Communicating with the property manager was easy and instructions were a breeze. We had a nice time!

Nice and relaxing

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at the vacation home. The home is really spacious and clean which is a huge plus. The backyard is really nice and relaxing. We enjoyed the backyard and made use of the fire pit. The photos does not catch the full beauty of the home. The location is perfect and convenient for our needs. The home is near plenty of shopping and restaurants. The hosts was very accommodating and amazing to work with. No doubt you would definitely enjoy your stay in this beautiful home. Home away from home

Loved our stay at Kee’s property. The house is spacious and squeaky clean. The bedrooms were roomy and beds were comfortable. The backyard is really big and is perfect for outdoor dinners. Our family felt so comfortable here and the host was responsive from the moment we booked to checking out. Another plus is that the neighborhood is very quiet and there is a large park just down the block within walking distance. Would totally recommend this home!

Chandler Home

We loved this house!!! So much room. Huge backyard with outdoor seating and entertainment area were a plus. Love the big couch with plenty of living room seating to watch games over Thanksgiving weekend with family. So easy to get on/off highway with so many restaurants, activities minutes away. We will definitely stay again!!

Perfect!

The house was absolutely amazing. It was super clean and spacious. It had everything we needed. Just As Described

First impression was awesome, everything looked and smelt very clean (huge bonus for us)... Everything appeared as pictured! Pool was great once the heater was up and running, as they had just installed a brand new heater! Close to just about everything you can imagine for food/shopping! We will definatly be back!
