Rooms need rejuvenated! They are extremely dated. Need a ceiling fan as it’s all old stucco walls that absorb tons of heat.

VERY dated and overpriced for conditions. Room 609 unpleasant odor. Had to purchase deodorizer spray from Target as no other options to get rid of smell and could still smell odor. Puddle of water next to toilet. Kitchenette very minimal supplies including no dish soap. Would NOT stay here again and would NOT recommend.

Needs upgrading

Weight room never open on time. Pool was closed for cleaning, had to move to other pool that had no towels.

The worst accommodations I have experienced.

Pros: The morning breakfast servers were nice.
Cons: The whole facility needs to be updated
Upon check in to the casitas, I couldn't believe my eyes. We reserved 2 casitas for a 6 night stay. I could not believe that they could even have rooms in this condition. 1980s furniture, furniture was actually torn and worn, the couch was dirty and so worn I would not sit on it much less sleep in the pullout. the bedding pillows were torn, the room big but the furniture sparse. It goes on. I immediately went back to front office to speak with Mgr. I told her could not accept these rooms in their condition. She explained that some rooms were being renovated, I said then these two you gave me should have been renovated before booking us into them. She did find 2 other rooms that she said were in better condition, the only difference was the furniture not torn as the first two were. I had to give up a king bed option in 1 of the rooms because it's all they have available in the different set of rooms..(sooo disappointed) We made the decision to try and find accommodations elsewhere and contacted travelocity to request this, they explained they had to contact the hotel and get approval for refund. Surprise, the hotel would NOT refund. We paid too much $ to just walk away, we were stuck for 6 nights.

Cons: Redo it all.
Location: We hiked.
The carpet was filthy, as was the couch. Small refrigerator asked you guys for a full size no oven.

Not a "resort"

Couldn't shower-scalding hot water. Complaints were ignored. Staff was rude and unresponsive. Rooms dirty and uncomfortable. No towels at pool. Breakfast wasn't free because we booked on Travelocity.
