This luxury villa located in Peymeinade, to the west of the Alpes-Maritimes department, is located in a quiet residential area. Place to live for relaxing holidays in the sun by the swimming pool, and ideal starting point for visiting the Côte d'Azur and Var Provence, close to the Provençal villages of Cabris, Mougins, Valbonne as well as the "capital of perfumes" Grasse and 30 minutes from Cannes, 45 minutes from Nice airport. Ideal starting point for discovering the villages of Fayence, Montauroux, Estérel, and the Var wine route.
This villa offers high-end services, freshly renovated and fully air-conditioned on an enclosed plot of 2,500 m2 with secure swimming pool and terrace.

The villa, fully air-conditioned, is composed as follows:
- Ground floor, direct access to swimming pool, terrace and garden:
Large vestibule with a piano, opening onto a living room equipped with a fireplace, wall-mounted TV, Bose 5.1 home cinema, dining room, fully equipped separate kitchen including Lacanche cooktop, opening onto a beautiful terrace and swimming pool. The large bay windows in the living room, dining room and kitchen provide visibility of the swimming pool and the garden with around twenty olive trees, and, for children (young and old!), a large trampoline, a cage football table and a ping-pong table on request.

Covered terrace with barbecue and bread/pizza oven (gas), and outdoor dining room (12 seats).

Large outdoor lounge shaded by an awning on the pool side for aperitifs with friends and 8 deckchairs for relaxing by the pool, possibility of adding a parasol near the pool, which is equipped with a manual heating cover allowing you to easily reach 30°C in water

You will also find on the ground floor a master bedroom with a king-size bed (180x200) and its bathroom (shower/bathtub/wc/double sink) en suite, as well as a spacious second bedroom equipped with a second king bed. -size (180x200) and its shower room (and toilet).
Finally, an equipped laundry room (washing machine/dryer and large freezer) and a guest toilet complete the ground floor.

- Upstairs :
you will find 3 bedrooms, one of which has its own shower room (and toilet) with its queen-size bed (160x200) and the other 2 sharing a second shower room (and toilet) and 140cm beds.
We provide you with 3 extra beds 90x190cm for children on request.

2024 Olympics:

The 2024 Olympics are also taking place in the SOUTH region!! The villa is located 1 hour drive from the Allianz Riviera stadium in Nice where several Olympic men's and women's football matches will take place.
Marseille, which will also host football and sailing events, is 170 km away by motorway (approximately 2 hours travel time);
The villa can therefore be a calm and relaxing base for attending Olympic events without suffering from a saturated environment.

All spaces in this villa are for travelers, we will ask tenants to take care of the premises upon each arrival.

Nearby you will find: bakeries, delicatessens, cheesemonger/wine merchant, supermarket, pharmacies, bars, restaurants, doctors, banks, taxi, post office, museums, market, lakes and beaches.
Many activities, visits, vineyards, sites.
!! The green color of the garden is not contractual ;), it’s Provence, not an English lawn!

No public transport in this district of Peymeinade.

The accommodation must be returned in a suitable state of use and cleanliness. During their stay, travelers must respect the premises, the neighborhood, as well as the basic rules of cleanliness and hygiene.
