This property urgently needs a renovation in the bedrooms and bathrooms. Everything is very old and have mold in the room and bathroom. The towels are extremely old, like the sheets that barely cover the mattresses, not to mention that if you don't know Rio de Janeiro, this property is very far from the city's tourist attractions, it’s located on the part of the mountains and when it rains it is extremely dangerous. My husband and I found us self in very dangerous position. I talked to the hotel manager and he told me he couldn't help with the refund for the other days.

This is being great. The property is beautiful, clean, and very upling. Staff has been wonderful and some speak English. This is a property in the country side of Rio and gives you a feeling of being out of the craziness of Rio. It's great for families and coupleas alike.if you come to Rio, and is looking for a place to rest while having fun, this is the place to be. If you are from Brazil, this is the place to be. I totally recommend.

Fiquei no anexo de 2 qts. O quarto e as roupas de cama e banho estavam cheirosos quando chegamos, o quarto só é limpo e as toalhas trocadas por solicitação. O café da manhã é bem variado. O ponto negativo é que só possui ar condicionado em um quarto, para refrescar o segundo, tem que deixar a porta aberta, não tem nem ventilador de teto. As refeições podem ser feitas no bar da piscina. Nada a reclamar, funcionários bem educados.

Estadia excelente com um café da manhã delicioso, farto e com muita variedade. O ponto a melhorar é o restaurante, não sei se pegamos um dia com outro cozinheiro, mas tivemos um almoço muito aquém do esperado com peixe cru, arroz duro e legumes totalmente fora do ponto, com textura desagradável. O petisco que pedimos estava muito bom. A piscina aquecida é o diferencial da pousada, diversão até ao noitecer para a criançada.

Hotel sujo, nao ha limpeza, muita barata, inclusive dentro do quarto. É um local de mata, sim, mas nao ha dedetização. Se pisar no tapete do quarto sem calçado, os pés ficam sujos; ate o computador da recepção é cheio de poeira. Nao ha limpeza na area da piscina (restos de comida, papeis, palito de dente no chao...).Tratamento diferenciado com os hospedes, alguns recebem brinde, que é chocolate, outros nao, que foi o meu caso. Tentaram me cobrar taxa de servico no valor de R$136, valor que veio como rubrica no check out, explicando que se tratava de caixinha para dividir entre os funcionários. Agua da piscina estava turva, com folhas e sujeira boiando, nao tem salva vidas (q é obrigatorio) e nao ha limpeza. O que salva sao os funcionarios do restaurante, Leo e o cozinheiro, simpaticos e que se viram nos 30 para entregar os pratos, pq so tem eles dois para servir o hotel inteiro; e os funcionarios da recepcao, que sao educados. Estacionamento pequeno. Salao de jogos quase sem nada, com a mesa de totó quebrada, mesa de sinuca velha, um escorrega para crianças e um video game. Cafe da manha é bom, tem variedade, o da tarde nao tem quase nada - 3 opções - bolo, torradinhas, e um pedaço de pão, para beber - máquina de café. A ceia de natal foi boa, seguiu a risca com o prometido.

horário do café da manhã é estendido em relação a outros hotéis, oferecem um chá da tarde pra os hospedes todos os dias, o atendimento é excelente e sempre tem alguém pronto para te ajudar. local fácil de achar e não tão afastado do centro, proporciona um sossego incrível. em minha opinião eles só deveriam ter alguma política em relação ao uso dos acess´rios de piscina ( espreguiçadeiras, sofás, puffs e cama), pessoal que estava na piscina parou para almoçar e deixaram simplesmente todas as espreguiçadeiras marcadas com as roupas de cama deles, tinha casas com roupas em 2 espreguiçadeiras e as bolsas na cama, quando cheguei com minha família tive que ficar em uma mesa pois não tinha local livre, depois que almoçaram os outros hóspedes foram para seus lugares marcados e outros saíram da área.
