This property urgently needs a renovation in the bedrooms and bathrooms. Everything is very old and have mold in the room and bathroom. The towels are extremely old, like the sheets that barely cover the mattresses, not to mention that if you don't know Rio de Janeiro, this property is very far from the city's tourist attractions, it’s located on the part of the mountains and when it rains it is extremely dangerous. My husband and I found us self in very dangerous position. I talked to the hotel manager and he told me he couldn't help with the refund for the other days.

This is being great. The property is beautiful, clean, and very upling. Staff has been wonderful and some speak English. This is a property in the country side of Rio and gives you a feeling of being out of the craziness of Rio. It's great for families and coupleas alike.if you come to Rio, and is looking for a place to rest while having fun, this is the place to be. If you are from Brazil, this is the place to be. I totally recommend.

O atendimento é excelente, o quarto é limpo e o café da manhã oferece uma boa variedade, com opções deliciosas. Seria interessante colocar um ventilador na área do café para os dias mais quentes. A limpeza de algumas áreas, como a área kids e a área verde, poderia ser melhorada, e, por ser um local mais antigo, necessita de mais manutenção. No geral, minha família e eu tivemos uma estadia agradável e ficamos satisfeitos.

Hotel antigo, necessitando modernização e conservação maior. PONTOS NEGATIVOS Falta cuidado com manutenção de área verde, grama alta e cheia de falhas, atividades outdoor com equipamentos sem manutenção e aparência de descuido. Sauna inoperante há mais tempo, deveria ter sido informado na reserva. Piscina com bordas falhas por perda de revestimento, piscina e área da piscina lotada de sementes de pinheiro (falta de limpeza evidente), acesso ao meu alojamento sem manutenção, mato nascendo na escada, falta de verniz na escada de madeira e porta de madeira com batente da fechadura quebrado, além da porta estar agarrando no chão por empenamento. Quarto OK exceto ar condicionado que estava ruidoso, denotando falta de manutenção. PONTOS POSITIVOS Funcionários atenciosos, prontamente resolvendo solicitações. Meu colchão foi trocado prontamente após problemas com o anterior. Localização excelente, área verde exuberante

Entendo que o hotel é antigo, masinstalações do banheiro ruim, ar condicionado muito barulhento, o chuveiro por mais que apertava ele ficou pingando a noite toda, mas o pior é a limpeza, no banheiro tinha aqueles lodos no rejunte, o piso parecia sujo, o café da manhã ok, mas não é um café bom, o chá da tarde foi ok tb, mas não é algo agradável, não sentir cuidado é o lugar dava uma sensação ruim. Mas os funcionários são excelentes, muito educados e solícitos, a área externa do hotel é incrível tb.

Custo benefício um pouco acima.

O lugar é muito bonito. Chegamos em baixo de chuva o que atrapalhou um pouco achar o lugar de primeira, pois o mesmo fica recuado da avenida principal. Há uma certa falta de sinalização em relação ao local correto para se estacionar. Como não ha abrigos e chegamos em baixo de muita chuva, nós e inclusive o recepcionista nos molhamos até chegar no chalé. O atendimento dos funcionários , café da manhã e chuveiro são muito bons. No geral só não gostamos das camas e do chalé que ficamos.
