Excelente local, infra estrutura para adultos excelente. Fomos em all inclusive e fomos surpresos pela qualidade da comida (bebidas nao inclusas). Piscinas adultos e infantis enormes com spa e ofuro para adultos. Porem a parte infantil encontrava-se sem manutencao, aparentando abandonada. Esse foi nosso unico lamento. Funcionarios cordiais e atenciosos. Voltaremos com certeza caso a parte infantil seja rejuvenescida.

Caiu muito. Estive nesse hotel há alguns meses e correu tudo ótimo. Já nessa estadia o total descaso e grosseria do staff chamou a atenção não apenas minha mas a de muitos hóspedes, pois sempre que ia na recepção havia alguém reclamando de algo. Para começar, na reserva solicitei que meu quarto ficasse próximo à sede, pois em minha última estadia me colocaram no chalé mais longe de todos, e era necessário andar muito para chegar lá. Para minha surpresa eu estava no PENÚLTIMO. Pedi pra trocar, pois eu era umas das primeiras do checkin, disseram que não era possível pois as datas de entrada e saída dos demais quartos eram diferentes. Detalhe: era um checkin na sexta e um checkout no domingo. Acredito que mais da metade do hotel estava nessas mesmas datas, inclusive um casal que estava conosco e cujo quarto era mais perto que o meu, sem que eles tivessem feito qualquer solicitação. Após muito suplicar, me colocaram num quarto mediano, nem perto nem tão longe da sede, mas atrasaram meu checkin em 1 hora pois devia ser uma mudança dificílima. Mais tarde pedi um prato é uma faca pra corta um queijo que havia levado e me fizeram assinar uma comanda, sob a alegação que muitos hóspedes roubavam essas peças. Com as taças de vinho foi a mesma coisa, sendo que as taças que nos deram eram minúsculas, de vinho do Porto. Isto fora toda a grosseria do staff no geral me fazem não querer voltar ao Bomtempo. Estrutura boa, hotel bonito, mas staff mau humorado, inflexível e um total descaso.

Hotel que proporciona a paz que a gente busca. Atendimento impecável. Instalação que merece uma manutenção, mas nada que desabone. Certamente voltarei. Um agradecimento especial ao Gabriel e a Paola, do restaurante e bar da piscina, que foram incansáveis , além de serem extremamente profissionais. A massagem foi maravilhosa!

Os chalés são espaçosos e confortáveis. Há várias opções de lazer no hotel. O restaurante é terceirizado, o que dificulta a harmonia com o hóspede. Mas ok. Local bastante familiar, bom para as crianças. Sentimos falta de noites temáticas já que a localização é afastada da cidade.
