The Mitchell Street Townhouses are centrally located for all your vacation needs. City steps a few feet away will take you down to Petoskey's signature waterfront park and break wall. A 15 min walk (0.5mi) will have you in the heart of downtown where you can enjoy all of the shopping and dining our charming town has to offer. Walk, bik or jog the Little Traverse Wheelway that runs from Charlevoix to Harbor Springs. Ski or Snowboard any of the three resorts within 30 minutes of the townhouses. Beautiful Condo with water view

The condo was beautiful. It had a nice view of the lake and it had everything you would need to have a great stay. A couple things to keep in mind.. it is a townhouse so there are a lot of stairs, someone with disabilities or elderly would have a hard time, I do not remember seeing it in the listing. The garage and parking in general is very tight a jetta barely fit in the garage. It was not a keypad lock so you have to fuss around with a key but that was just a minor thing. Overall I would highly recommend this condo.
Stayed 3 nights in Jan 2025
