When we arrived at 10 PM they did not have a room for us. The front desk clerk offered to go up and clean a room so we did not have to go elsewhere. After about a half an hour she came back and gave us the room on a floor with a bad smell, but it was not in the room. Checkout was seemless the next morning.

For the price we were pleased! The room was a king bed, spacious and very clean. The bathroom was handicap fitted (we didn’t require that) so quite large, spotless and brightly lit with ample hot water and great water pressure. Did not use fitness area, didn’t use the coffee area. There were none of the extras (soap, lotions, ice machine). It was just what we needed for a good night of sleep on a long trip from NH to Florida

The rooms were clean, the Wifi worked fine, and so did AC. The Hotel is new so the building is clean and in excellent condition. Problem is there was no hot water so I took cold showers for two days; the shower is poorly design so they're no way to prevent water from being all over the floor other than a towel. Its a like a gym shower. The staff is relatively new, but they're friendly, so you'll just have to wait a little bit to get check-in.

The beds are the most uncomfortable thing I’ve ever laid on. The staff and hotel rooms are clean however, they charge you if you try to get fresh towels. Their coffee machine cuts off at 11 AM.

Sketchy at best. At check-in, I had paid in full a week in advance for my entire stay, they said they overbooked the entire hotel and were demanding an additional seventy dollars per night just to check in. Classic bait-n-switch. The shift manager was only available by phone and she’s was extremely unprofessional. Then I had to demand to speak with the GM and he said to honor my reservation.

The hotel is a 2 star at best there are no amenities at all no hair dryer for an extended stay no pots , plates glasses etc nothing at all . The smell of marijuana in the hallway was very strong. It was for one night thank goodness never again

Parking was easy. Property was very safe and secure. Staff pleasant. An unexpected fee was added for having a guest. My good rate turned in an additional cost. I would not stay again at an extended stay. No amenities except towels. It was reiterated in a unprofessional tone when asked about a spoon "it is extended stay, bring your own". Lesson learned, no extended stay for me.

ArrivĂ© dans l’auto nous vĂ©rifions sur le site d’Hotel.com, il est mentionnĂ© qu’il y a encore 8 chambre de disponible. Nous sommes rentrĂ©s dans l’hĂŽtel et lui avons montrĂ© le site d’Hotel.com. Il a maintenu sa position en nous mentionnant qu’il ne savait pas pourquoi HĂŽtel.com donnait des disponibilitĂ©s et a maintenu sa position en ce qui concerne la non disponibilitĂ© de chambre. Nous lui avons demandĂ©s si il y avait d’autres hĂŽtels dans les environs et il nous a rĂ©pondu qu’il n’était pas au courant alors qu’ils y en avait plusieurs a 2 km de lĂ . Pets are allowed, but the fees are incredibly misleading and misrepresented at best. The fees are listed as $50 deposit and a $10 pet fee. These are written separately. And it doesn't say non-refundable deposit. It says deposit. I was told at check in that it was a "non-refundable deposit". Which I pointed out that was not what the listing says. He said he'd mention it to management. Because of the late hour and storms, and that I had pre paid the room, I had no other option but to stay there for the evening though I expressed my dissatisfaction a couple of times and will follow up with management myself. The property was newer, mostly clean except for a large puddle of water on the floor by/under the bed and a smear on the sink handle.

The hotel is located not too far from the interstate which was a plus since I arrived at night. There's plenty of fast food restaurants close by b/c the hotel doesn't offer breakfast, but there's a full size fridge, microwave, & cooktop in the rooms. I wasn't aware that it was an Extended Stay property, therefore no hotel loyalty points are accepted. There's plenty of well-lit parking. During check in, there was only one receptionist & the wait was about 10 mins. My reservation was for a king bed, but when I got in my room, it was too double beds. The receptionist stated that they had sold out of my room afterwards. Had I been informed once I got the keys, I wouldn't had been as disappointed. The room itself was basic, no decor. It really felt cold & drab. The beds felt more like cots, not would I would stay in for longer than a night. Check out was more of the same, one receptionist & a line of customers. Cameron was pleasant. She took my keys & I avoided standing in line a second time to leave. Not a bad stay, just a lot different from what I read & expected.
