Rooms were spacious and modern. Had issues with the TV wanting to update while watching but couldn't figure out how to dismiss that due to the remote being a generic one and not setup for the type of TV properly. Didn't realise that until reception was closed to spent a big bunch of time trying to figure a solution. Fan in bathroom was very noisy in the bedroom. Air con was noisy. No air con in bedroom so had to crank down the temp in the lounge overnight to cope. Rusty water initially in the toilet for a few flushes but cleared up.

The apartment is lovely - big, clean, comfortable. The only thing to be aware of if you are a light sleeper - there is a church nearby with bells that ring every hour through the night and every quarter hour in the day.

Room is spacious and has good amenities, including big TV with Foxtel subscription, good fridge, and bathtub. The only thing they should improve is putting better toiletries for guests to use. Property itself is a bit old / aged, especially the lift / elevator. Location is very central to Launceston CBD, close to everything you want to do and visit during your stay.

The property we booked was a one bedroom apartment on the top floor, it was equipped with all the expected basics including a kitchenette in the living area and a washer and dryer in the bathroom. The linen and towels were good quality. It was an average space at a price that was appropriate. The service was good, efficient, friendly and we also had parking nearby included.

I was put in the attic. I was on the 5th floor but than I had to climb a flight of stairs with my suitcase.The room was nothing like advertised. A low ceiling that I could touch with my hand and only one small window to the left over the top of the stairs.I had a view of the sky and that was all. It was very claustrophobic.The constant droning noise of the lift everytime it was used. Coffee stains in mug ,dead fly in salad bowl. Came back from a walk to find cleaning staff had left my door unlocked. No one at reception when I arrived and no one at reception when I went to check out. Left key on counter and left.

What i liked was the locations in the heart of Launceston, Close to cafe's, bars and shops and a great weekend market. Room was a very simple layout great size bedroom, lounge and kitchen area all separate. And i loved the bath and on arrival staff warm welcome. One thing ask for a room at back of hotel i had a roim room close to street can be a little noisy. Otherwise i would stay here again.
