First, commendation to the lady at front desk and David who were so nice. I booked a chalet and did not realise that it does not have an attached bathroom. It was also about 7 minutes drive from the foreshore so not something I will book again. Met another person and same comment that he did not realise the error as well. So to us the booking was a bit on higher side.

The cabin assigned is in the midst of construction area, front and side, the road is unpaved and dusty. couldn't have our cabin door or window opened even for a while. Very disappointed with the management for not informing us of the situation. Senior management stepped in only hearing my disappointment and made attempt to offer 2 separate cabins to accommodate the 5 of us, we declined as that's what we wanted. The front line staff didnt show any enthusiasm at helping. Use this place upon last resort.

No hair dryer.. otherwise everything was provided for including cooking and dining essentials (plates and utensils. New clean family room with necessary essentials. Need to drive apart from small Mall nearby. But we used it as an overnight stopover on the way to Margaret River so it's more then meeta out needs.

Check in was terrible with the pre fill form and having the wrong air con remote in my room for the air con. I asked for late check out and they gave me an extra 30 minutes and charged me for it and didn’t tell me what I would be charged for it if anything. It was a terrible overall experience and didn’t feel welcome or safe and didn’t serve my purpose for staying there to begin with.
