Superb comfortable apartment with sea view

Located in an alley in the city center, quiet and close to all amenities (100 m), direct access to the end of Trestraou beach (100 m). Access to the apartment is via an external staircase of 40 steps to descend to access the ground floor of the house, it is located on the 2nd and last floor of this character property dating from the 1900s, the apartment is completely renovated and very comfortable, it benefits from a superb view overlooking the beach, the sea and the archipelago of the 7 islands. The apartment can accommodate 6 to 8 people with 3 bedrooms. Its surface area is approximately 70 mÂČ and includes a large, bright living room (4K TV, PlayStation 3, Wi-Fi) with a well-equipped open kitchen (fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washer-dryer, oven, induction hob, microwave, espresso machine), 1 bathroom, a shower room with a hydromassage shower and hammam, and a toilet.

Weekend rentals are available outside of school holidays upon request.

Water and electricity charges are based on the tenant's actual consumption (online meter reading via the EDF app) (€5 per m³ of water).
The cleaning fee is €80 for a standard end-of-stay cleaning package.
Bed and bath linens are provided upon request at a rate of €35 for 1 double bed + 2 bath sets and €25 for 1 single bed + 1 bath set.

Apartment with amazing views of beautiful beach in Perros Guirec, Brittany

The location of this property is great - just a short walk to a brilliant beach where our children enjoyed a lot of wave jumping and body boarding. The apartment is very comfortable with good facilities and the kitchen is quite well equipped. The shower was complicated to work out (turn to 11pm and use the screen to switch on and off) and we did not realise on booking we would need to pay extra for electricity or towels and bed linen and put the linen on ourselves after a long journey. The pillows were not very comfortable so for those with back or neck issues I would recommend to bring your own. Also more it is on the top floor up two flights of steps. Perros Guirec is a lovely seaside town with nice shops and restaurants although you need to book restaurants in advance. There are also lots of stunning beaches nearby. We enjoyed our stay very much. Sabine, the host, was helpful on her response when we contacted her eg re where to take the rubbish and recycling. Thank you!

Zentrale und ruihge Lage mit schöner Umgebung. Fantastischer Blick aufs Meer. Gute Lage zu Fuss ins Zentrum und mit dem Auto fĂŒr AusflĂŒge. Trotzdem wĂŒrden wir diese Wohnung nicht mehr buchen, Sauberkeit liess zu wĂŒnschen ĂŒbrig, Bade- und Schlafzimmer minimalistisch ohne Komfort.

This beautiful apartment boasts a fantastic view. Well equipped. Good to know: very close to the charming village centre and the beach, which is accessible at low tide via steep stairs directly next to the house. The bunk beds in the second bedroom are shorter, so only suitable for children. There are few storage facilities due to the layout of the apartment. We were a party of two and found this ideal. The landlady is very attentive and responds quickly. Highly recommended.

Wunderbare Aussicht

Eine wunderschöne Ferienwohnung mit herrlicher Aussicht aufs Meer und das Archipel des Sept-Ăźles..‹ Die Bilder in der Beschreibung entsprechen voll und ganz der RealitĂ€t. ‹ Durch praktische SchlĂŒssel-Safes kann man die Ankunft flexibel gestalten.‹ Bei Fragen hat Madame Pouget sehr schnell und hilfreich geantwortet .‹ Auch wenn das Haus aus der Jahrhundertwende ist, ist die Wohnung modern und gut ausgestattet.‹ Wir waren zu zweit hier und der Platz in der Wohnung war fĂŒr uns gut ausreichend. ‹Eine ganz tolle KĂŒche, wohl geordnet und mit sehr vielen praktischen GerĂ€ten ausgestattet, da fehlt wirklich nichts. Da das Haus in einer sehr ruhigen Straße liegt, ist das Parken vor dem Haus kein Problem.‹ Die gĂŒnstige Lage des Hauses erlaubt es auch, ohne Auto Unternehmungen zu machen z.B. eine Boots-Exkursion zu den Inseln des Archipel des Sept-Ăźles (sehr empfehlenswert) oder eine Wanderung zum Phare de Mean Ruz an der rosa GranitkĂŒste entlang . Auch ein kleiner Carrefour-City Supermarkt ist nur wenige hundert Meter entfernt und zu Fuß erreichbar.‹ FĂŒr grĂ¶ĂŸere EinkĂ€ufe ist man in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto auch in TrĂ©gastel oder Lannion .‹ Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und können diese Unterkunft empfehlen .‹

Großartige Lage

Die Ferienwohnung hat DIE perfekte Lage. Danach hatten wir sie auch ausgesucht. Der Blick aus dem Wohnzimmer auf die Bucht ist wirklich wunderschön. Die KĂŒche ist gut ausgestattet. Die alte Villa ist in Teilen modernisiert. FĂŒr Menschen, die empfindlich gegen Hausstaub und geruchsempfindlich sind, werden sich nicht wohlfĂŒhlen. Das Haus ist ĂŒber hundert Jahre alt . Familien mit kleinen Kindern und Menschen mit geringer Fitness dĂŒrften mit den vielen Stufen kĂ€mpfen. Es hat lange gedauert, bis wir (trotz zusĂ€tzlichem Radiator) die Wohnung auf 20 Grad geheizt hatten. Fitte junge Leute werden im Sommer hier eine schöne Zeit haben. FĂŒr uns gab es in der Osterzeit doch ein paar EinschrĂ€nkungen.

L'appartement joui d'une vue superbe sur les 7 Ăźles et le dĂ©but de la cĂŽte de granit rose. L'appartement est fonctionnel, spacieux et confortable. Seul bĂ©mol, la note d'Ă©lectricitĂ© grimpe trĂšs vite en hiver d'autant si il y a du vent mĂȘme en gardant une tempĂ©rature limite Ă  17~18°C.

L'ambiance suggĂ©rĂ©e par le descriptif et les photos de l'annonce sont fidĂšles Ă  ce que l'on a pu dĂ©couvrir et fortement apprĂ©cier pendant notre sĂ©jour. Vous pouvez vous y rendre les yeux fermĂ©s...pour les rouvrir aussitĂŽt sur la beautĂ© de la baie. A admirer Ă  tout moment du jour et mĂȘme de la nuit depuis la grande fenĂȘtre du sĂ©jour. Le logement est bien Ă©quipĂ©, chaleureux et agrĂ©able Ă  l'oeil. Il est aussi trĂšs bien situĂ© par rapport aux commerces. Les instructions donnĂ©es par la propriĂ©taire sont nombreuses, prĂ©cises et la communication trĂšs claire. Notez que la 3Ăšme chambre ( mais la photo le fait comprendre) est sĂ©parĂ©e du sĂ©jour par un rideau. Si vous avez besoin de mettre les radiateurs Ă©lectriques ne pas omettre de l'intĂ©grer Ă  votre budget ( dans le pur respect des conseils du gouvernement-pull de rigueur- notre dĂ©pense Ă©tait d'une dizaine d'euros par jour pour un sĂ©jour en fĂ©vrier)

Schöne Wohnung fĂŒr uns Perfekt

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit super Aussicht. Strand ĂŒber Treppen gut erreichbar und kurze Wege fĂŒr die EinkĂ€ufe. Die NĂ€chte können unter UmstĂ€nden etwas frischer werden und man sollte gut zu Fuß sein um die Treppe zum Haus zu bewĂ€ltigen. Zusammengefasst eine tolle Wohnung und zu empfehlen.

Liebevolle und geschmackssichere Einrichtung, super Ausstattung. Phantastische Lage, 100 Stufen zum Strand und 3 Minuten zum Stadtzentrum. Ruhig gelegen, schöne alte Villa. Sehr nette Vermieterin, alle Infos auch mehrsprachig schriftlich und bebildert in der Wohnung.

Traumhaft gelegene Wohnung in Perros

Die Wohnung im obersten Geschoss einer alten Villa bietet herrliche Ausblicke auf die Bucht. Es ist alles geschmackvoll und stilsicher eingerichtet. Die SanitĂ€rzeile - zwei kleine BĂ€der und eine Toilette - sind meisterhaft gelungen. Mit geschickter Anordnung von Spiegeln und Glasbausteinen wirkt alles viel grĂ¶ĂŸer. Die Armaturen, super! Die KĂŒche lĂ€sst auch beim ambitionierten Koch kaum einen Wunsch offen. Im Nu erreicht man ĂŒber Stufen den Strand. Kinder sind gern gesehene GĂ€ste, jede Menge Spiele sind vorhanden. FĂŒr BettwĂ€sche und HandtĂŒcher sind Extrakosten zu entrichten (oder mitbringen). Auch die Endreinigung kommt noch dazu (oder selbst machen). Sabine steht AuskĂŒnften jederzeit zur VerfĂŒgung. Die Kommunikation lĂ€uft perfekt. An dieser Stelle noch einmal vielen Dank, dass wir Ihre wunderschöne kleine Wohnung nutzen durften!

Superschöner Urlaub in toller Lage

Der 1. Eindruck war WOW, als wir aus dem Auto ausstiegen. Die Koffer die Treppen runter und dann wieder raufzutragen war zwar etwas anstrengend, aber die Aussicht entschĂ€digt fĂŒr alles :-) Auf unser Problem mit der TĂŒrschließung, die etwas tricky war, wurde sofort reagiert. Wir können leider kein französisch, dafĂŒr kann Madame Pouget super englisch und die Kommunikation fand per Mail in Englisch statt. Hat toll geklappt !!! Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht, GeschĂ€fte sind alle fusslĂ€ufig erreichbar, die Lage ist absolut ruhig und man wurde morgens vom Meeresrauschen und Vogelgezwitscher geweckt. Nur zu empfehlen !!!

Un sĂ©jour magnifique dans cet appartement Ă  la vue imprenable. On s'y sent comme chez soi, et nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir !
