Location is very overpriced. Hotel is old, dirty and smells. Not worth the price. It is run down and not worthy of a 4 star hotel. I tried to get a refund and they refused. The room cards kept deactivating. There was bird poop on the chairs outside my room. The vinyard is small and there is no where to sit outside to enjoy the vinyard.

Overrated

During the check in process the staff attempted to place us is a “vineyard” view suite on the first floor facing the parking lot. I instructed the staff that is not what we originally booked, and she placed us in the room we booked. We elected to eat dinner at their onsite restaurant. There staff were not professional or courteous. This completely ruined our dining experience. We left a review with the hotel and I emailed the hotel management regarding our stay. No response to date. We will not be staying here again.

We love this hotel, comfortable and well-equipped. We miss the coffee that used to be in the lobby in the morning (a nice touch), especially that our room coffee maker was not working. The nicest woman in housekeeping brought us a new one (i wish i got her name)
